Don’t waste your time with the automated refill process for compounded meds.. after awaiting several days to give them time to refill medication, Tim tells me they gave all the medications they made up away today because the practitioner I used sent people down for a same day fill. Why was mine not put up and I am out a hour of my day driving here. It said it would have been ready after 4 pm Friday, I refilled on Thursday. It is now Tuesday. I will find a different compound pharmacy.

I walk in to the Tony Ice cream sections to get my son a Ice cream after school they ignore us so we walk out guess they didn't want our business.

When we moved back to Cherryville we switched our prescriptions to Houser Drug to keep it local. We were used to the big chain pharmacies and this was a big change for us. Everyone is amazing here and they take such good care of us. From making sure we have our medications on time, to making the most delicious shakes around. We are always met with a smile and a welcome. It’s those personal touches that will always keep us coming back. Thank you Houser Drug for being a great place.

My experience was completely awful here. I deliver mail and I wanted to stop and get a drink and a snack here. I seen a sign that said "bathroom for customers only", so I figured they would be ok with me using the restroom since I was going to purchase a few things, which makes me a customer. I was looked at in disgust and told no I could not use the bathroom that it was for customers only, I reminded the woman that I was going to buy something but she looked at me still with disgust and rudely said no. I just left after that without saying anything. It's awful that a company would treat customers this way for no reason. I would never go here again.
