Hello Shell CompanyI want to report an incidentYesterday I drove into shell Gas station to fill up my car with your excellent product.When I was driving into the Gas station located in front of Harrah’s Casino in North Carolina. My car felt in a huge hole in right in the entrance damaging my wheel, tire and parts. I would like to report because it needs attention to provide good costumer service and maybe Shell company could help me to fix my car damage.Also you should contact the manager on that store to put a sign alerting the drivers going into the gas station. Urgent to prevent further damage on other cars.

They really suck. Won't even let two little kids use the bathroom. Terrible. I come here all the time I promise we will never stop by here again. Horrible

Well judging by the already numerous reviews about the angry older blonde lady pretty safe to say that she does not need to be in customer service. Just think of all the people she disrespected and got nasty with who didnt leave a review and just simply left and never returned. Maybe 1 bad apple/review in the bunch. But when multiple people and different times all say the same about an employee then there has to be some truth to it?? But Shell lets it continue.

Came to the store at 8pm Sept. 9th and seen there was a mask required sign on the door but i was on a motorcycle and didnt have my mask and as soon as i walked in an older blonde headed lady began shouting to leave that i didnt have a mask and as i look around i see several small childern hanging around the counter with NO mask so i say "but you have kids in here with no mask" and the rude lady shouts "those are my babies dont worry about them" and told me to leave again. So is it common practice to allow kids in the work place for Shell? Does the hourly workers get to pick and chose who enters with/without a mask? Because thats exactly what is happening at this location.

Rude lady working with kids loitering around the counter while she worked. Not a good idea considering this store is across the street from a casino and directly beside a 24 hour pawn shop.

Stopped by this station at 12:40, and there was literally a line of 7 people outside the door waiting for the incompetent, slow, unhelpful, lazy girl worker to open the door. Whomever owns this station, fire this person.

Very rude and the older blonde lady claimed she was the manager.. And she was very rude, rude to our kids and would not let us use the bathroom. I do not recommend anyone go to this gas station

Lady that was working on June 19th, 2021 around 4:30am was rude as hell and disrespectful. Clearly she was on some kind of drugs the way she was moving. Will not return to this store ever!

Psychotic lady behind the counter falsely accused two people of stealing in the 5 minutes we were in the store. It was obvious she was on drugs and I will never be returning. Ridiculous behavior.
