They had foam paint brushes and small zip ties with which I was able to repair the mic cover (dead cat) on my wife's helmet microphone (motorcycle comms). Friendly staff.

Pleasantly surprised to find the product I needed rang up for less than what the online listed price was. Employees were helpful in their suggestions - and living in Swain County - it's nice to find a local hardware shop that's an actual hardware store and not geared towards tourists.... without having to go to Lowe's or Home Depot. I was able to get a 37 year old window unit (that had been rigged thru the wall by the previous owners) torn out and replaced with a leaded glass window for a little more light in an previously gloomy kitchen. Sgi!/Thanks! I'll definitely be back.

They have a good selection of items I just feel like the men that work there don't really like dealing with woman when it comes to fixing the things you need.. it is like they need a man there so they will be more willing to do business. But other then that it's a good store with mostly what you will need for home repair or keep up

My car had broken down temporarily in the parking lot in front of the store. I went inside and explained what was going on to the lady behind the counter. She was so kind to me and I was able to use their restroom also. It's comforting to know that there are still kind, caring people in this world. I was from out of state. Although I didn't purchase anything here at their store, I can tell you that they are polite people. Thank you so much for being nice to me in my time of need.
