Stayed one night during the week. Price was right and the rooms were nice and clean. The renovations look good. Close proximity to the shops in Cherokee and the start of the Smokey Mountains / Blue Ridge Pkwy. Casino is a five minute walk. Staff was friendly and the breakfast is enough to get you up and running in the morning (e.g. coffee, OJ, whole fruit, cereal, bagels, etc). No prepared hot food (e.g. eggs, bacon), but there are plenty of places close-by to have breakfast if that is what you are looking for. Will be staying here again the next time I am in Cherokee.

The room was very cold , if you cut it down it was hot no happy medium. Our room was behind elevator and it ran all night. Next day it broke down. My husband has COPD and ask for assistance with luggage when we checked out . We had a guy carry it down and told us he was sorry about inconveience. He was very nice. When I checked out the guy behind desk was not friendly and didn’t say he was sorry the elevator is not working come back or kisd my a—-. We want stay here again.

The only bad thing was the coffee in the lobby. If I was the owners, I would throw that stuff in the trash.
Just a suggestion.
Minus one star for the coffee.
Rooms: Rooms are your standard rooms but are very comfortable and clean.

Our room was very clean and comfortable. The staff was very friendly and accomodating to some changes to our reservation upon arrival. Originally was worried about traffic and noise from the casino across the street but that ended up being a non issue.

It definitely would have got a higher review had they posted anywhere that they had a pool curfew and that it wasn't 24 hours like the rest of the hotels around here the whole purpose of getting this hotel what's for the pool I swim at night I was unable to do so because of a pool curfew that was posted nowhere not on the pool and not on the website staff watch just walk out in bathing suits and did not stop us we go out this morning same thing staff didn't stop us just for us to get out there and told us well now they're doing something else to the pool so now we can't go in now either

I specifically booked this hotel because in the past we have had excellent service. This time however I am traveling as a disabled person. I am now wheelchair-bound and specifically booked an exterior handicap-accessible room so that I would have easy access in and out. Not only did I not get a handicap-accessible room, I am in an interior room requiring me to wheel on thick carpet (almost impossible) to my room and no way to fully access the bathroom and no way to shower. Over $400 for accommodations that are going to make for a very long, difficult weekend. If you are disabled, do NOT book here!

The rooms and breakfast buffet are definitely 3-star, nothing special to write home about. Dust in the vents in the bathrooms and is very old, you can tell it needs a fresh coat of paint, some carpet, and new couches/linen, it would go a long way. The walls are yellow, needs to be repainted, the comforters seem to be inserts that you’re supposed to place inside a cover, the couches have seen better days in the king suites, and the curtains have holes in them. No bugs. The breakfast bar consists of grab and go items, no eggs bacon or waffles, everything seems to be store bought but is still good none the less after gambling all night. That being said, the service is 10/10, and one of the best places you can get near the casino with a shuttle to take you to and from. It runs every hour on the hour until 1 am. I did not utilize this, I walked, so I have nothing specific to say about that other than it’s a great service to utilize. Everything was clean, even though the sink was clogged and the TV counsel area had fuzz from the rags used (telling me it was clean), I did not open the fridge or utilize the ice machine. Overall, though, for $219 a night on the weekend, it isn’t bad. My rating is deserved because it does seem to be a 3-star hotel, however, you can’t beat the service, shuttle, location and no bugs (why I chose here) so it gets a 4 star.

Walkability: Easy walking distance to the casino - not even a 5 minute walk to and from. They also offer a shuttle service.

Stayed here for one night on our way thru to Pigeon Forge / Gatlinburg area. Appealing simple, quiet, clean, and comfortable... the best way to describe it. And their week day prices are pretty competitive, I believe we spent $84 for a king suite. Staff were friendly and welcoming. Oh, and literally a short walk from the casino. That all being said, I would definitely stay again if passing thru the area.

Horrible customer service. Know room you paid for as they may try to put you in one that's of lower quality with bugs and a foul smell.
