“These guys know exactly what they are doing. Wife got a significant ding in her car's back quarter panel. CFW took it in in the morning. The following afternoon it was back in factory perfect condition and I got a call to pick it up. The ding was invisible. The paint was a perfect match. As a consumer, I couldn't ask for more. Just add to that they were very friendly to deal with. I feel like I have found another local treasure. They are top notch.”

As a female going to any type of car related business, its sometimes overwhelming, irritating, frustrating, and seems to take forever!! Other times it seems like you're treated like you're stupid because you're female...Here-However, that was ? NOT the case. ? Not only did he listen, he repeated back exactly what I said i THOUGHT I needed. He even helped me save money . Other things...It was done in the time frame I was told, I was given updates regularly/and answered when I messaged to check in, and was even giving guidance when a rental and claim was all needed. Which is a lot!It doesn't matter if it's a dent or you think you totaled it or you just want to change the color. This place is definitely worth going and discussing what you need or a dream color!I Heard a lot of people talk about the fact that colors could be matched at this business that couldn't be at other local ones. ? “My driver's side window went down but not back up..Not good news during rainy summer evenings without a garage! Had to wait a couple of days for part to come in, but they got the window up in case of rain during that wait. Quick, efficient, friendly, thoughtful (covered seat and steering wheel during work), and very reasonable. Will definitely recommend and use again. Thanks!”

“We were in Bryson City for the weekend. Driving from our home in Central Kentucky, we experienced oil issues. We got up early Saturday morning, and drove to Advance Auto. It was a lot worse than we thought, and the car was almost empty of oil. Your employee, Richard, went above and beyond to help us out. He got us taken care of, and we made it safely home with no issues. You guys are blessed to have Richard as part of the team!”

“Seldom give 5 starts however, in this circumstance it is warranted. I usually only do for over and above service. I had been visiting the area from over 7 hours away, driving through the windy mountain roads. The check engine light on my Jeep came on. I pulled over -(in the middle of no where). I opened the hood to make sure the fluids were ok (and check the manual) and as I did a truck stopped. A very kind women - Angel Selders- asked if we were OK and needed help. I explained what was going on and she assured me it was probably nothing (a bit of air in the lines) but I could follow her back to he job at Parts City and she would scan the Jeep and let me know for sure. I did as she instructed and she was right it was nothing! The peace of mind that Angel gave my wife and I being so far from home was priceless and I truly appreciate her kindness! If a store hires employees of this caliber they should be patronized! Thank you Angel for being a great human being!”

“I can't say enough about these guys. We were two hours from home when our truck began to make popping noises near the right front fender-well. So, I pulled into the garage, and immediately, the technician showed concern and promptly started a full diagnostic procedure to narrow down the reason for the noises. Long story short, we were made to feel as family and were sure that our vehicle was safe to drive once the problem was fixed. Got to say that the repair was actually cheaper than filling up the tank. I will definitely recommend this business and continue to give them my business if the need arises.”
“This is hands down the only auto place I will go to in the future! Dave, the tech there, was so freaking amazing and helped explain issues I was having with my car that I had suspicions was related to my battery. my battery died this morning and I had to call people crying trying to get a jump. When I got a mechanic out to come put and get my car started, I came to the store and Dave was able to find my receipt from 2021 showing I had bought my battery here and it was in warranty! The cold snaps we've been having had been draining the battery pretty harsh and I was concerned it may be my alternator. Dave was able to test everything out and it was just a bad battery. Dave, you are literally saved my day <3”

The tire messed up our RV pretty good, and he was nice enough to take a look for us and offer us some guidance on what we should do. He took time out of his Friday night to answer questions. “They had the battery my car needed in house. What a relief, especially since we live in Cashiers. We saw that the Rainex, window fluid was on sale. We couldn't have been more pleased. Until, we went to Walmart and saw how much they sold a gallon for! Four times as much Advance Auto Parts did. Dang. What a gut punch”
