“These guys know exactly what they are doing. Wife got a significant ding in her car's back quarter panel. CFW took it in in the morning. The following afternoon it was back in factory perfect condition and I got a call to pick it up. The ding was invisible. The paint was a perfect match. As a consumer, I couldn't ask for more. Just add to that they were very friendly to deal with. I feel like I have found another local treasure. They are top notch.”
“My driver's side window went down but not back up..Not good news during rainy summer evenings without a garage! Had to wait a couple of days for part to come in, but they got the window up in case of rain during that wait. Quick, efficient, friendly, thoughtful (covered seat and steering wheel during work), and very reasonable. Will definitely recommend and use again. Thanks!”

“Seldom give 5 starts however, in this circumstance it is warranted. I usually only do for over and above service. I had been visiting the area from over 7 hours away, driving through the windy mountain roads. The check engine light on my Jeep came on. I pulled over -(in the middle of no where). I opened the hood to make sure the fluids were ok (and check the manual) and as I did a truck stopped. A very kind women - Angel Selders- asked if we were OK and needed help. I explained what was going on and she assured me it was probably nothing (a bit of air in the lines) but I could follow her back to he job at Parts City and she would scan the Jeep and let me know for sure. I did as she instructed and she was right it was nothing! The peace of mind that Angel gave my wife and I being so far from home was priceless and I truly appreciate her kindness! If a store hires employees of this caliber they should be patronized! Thank you Angel for being a great human being!”

“I can't say enough about these guys. We were two hours from home when our truck began to make popping noises near the right front fender-well. So, I pulled into the garage, and immediately, the technician showed concern and promptly started a full diagnostic procedure to narrow down the reason for the noises. Long story short, we were made to feel as family and were sure that our vehicle was safe to drive once the problem was fixed. Got to say that the repair was actually cheaper than filling up the tank. I will definitely recommend this business and continue to give them my business if the need arises.”

“One of the employees, Tyler, went out of his way to help our family on the side of the road when our RV blew a tire. The tire messed up our RV pretty good, and he was nice enough to take a look for us and offer us some guidance on what we should do. He took time out of his Friday night to answer questions. These are good people!”

“They had the battery my car needed in house. What a relief, especially since we live in Cashiers. We saw that the Rainex, window fluid was on sale. We couldn't have been more pleased. Until, we went to Walmart and saw how much they sold a gallon for! Four times as much Advance Auto Parts did. Dang. What a gut punch”

“We were traveling down the mountain and developed a serious problem with our front rotor. We were able to make it to the Cherokee Napa location. The staff was tremendous and were able to get all the parts we needed. They were extremely professional and kind to weary traverlers. We can't say enough about this location and staff!!!”
