Took a month for a resizing on a ring. When I got the ring back the first time there was a diamond missing. Was then told it would be a week and the diamond would be replaced. Two weeks later I had to call all three locations only to be told it’s actually at the Cherokee one which I had called first. Then they tried to say they did not have my number for call back, which is not true I have a voicemail from them from the original ordeal. One older woman was extremely rude and deceptive she told me they send all jewelry to tunnel rd in Asheville. Yet when I called them the gentleman there seemed confused saying they do not send anything there. But he was ultimately the one to track down my ring. I can’t recommend you bring anything here unless you plan to keep all receipts and proof and keep track of what they’ve done with your things. This was supposed to be a simple downsize of my deceased grandmothers ring. It’s literally the only thing I have of hers and had I not personally kept track of where it was god only knows if I would have actually got it back. Here’s a voicemail they left on a number they “didn’t have on file”

I purchased a ring for my girl from here and was just looking at first. I want to give a shout out to Melissa! She gave me a great deal and worked with me. I was impressed with the authenticity of the jewelry. I will be going here again in the future!

John from Alans Jewelry and Pawn In Cherokee is an amazing human! What an exemplary employee and person. He saw me trying to fill my tire with air and stopped and helped me and my friend while he was on his lunch break1 That just doesn't happen anymore these days. Thank you John!!

This is a nice pawn shop with some really great, helpful employees. I brought a watch in to get repaired. John replaced the battery for me real quick and hardly charged me anything. Chris let me play a couple of the guitars and was super helpful. Great people, very friendly and professional. I highly recommend this little gem of a pawn shop. They have just about everything there, the prices are great, and the employees are super helpful!
