Excellent service! I went to get my ring cleaned, and Dalis did an exceptional job. The attention to detail was impressive, and my ring looks brand new. The staff was friendly and professional, making the entire experience pleasant. I highly recommend their services!

Great experience at this Zales. I usually go to the Concord Mills one since it’s closer but had such awful experiences on several occasions that I would no longer go back. I decide to go to Northlake Zales instead. Steve Hill the Store Manager was fantastic. Great customer service ! 10/10 would recommend!
