This is hands down the best body shop in Charlotte NC and they have something that is missing in society as a whole today- honesty and integrity.Their work is impeccable- unfortunately for me, in the last 6 months i have had to have my truck, range rover sport and Porsche repaired and one cannot tell, that all have been thru repairs. I Love this shop

WRG specializes in exotic cars (they are the authorized paint and body shop for the Charlotte McLaren dealership, among others), but they love working on vintage cars too. They made my 1993 Nissan 300ZX look brand new, and at the same time my car was being painted, there was a 1992 Acura NSX and a 1991 Porsche 944 in their shop. Highly recommended!

Dented my car in another place other then where they where fixing. Did not recalibrate my front assist. Lied and denied about the dent. Gave me a quote that quoted $550.00 a piece for two headlight assemblies, then only replaced one and said it cost $1100.00 "because he had to get it from the dealer. Another lie. Left sanding dust all over my car. Did not care enough to even rinse it off. Sorry customer service. Sorry workmanship. It's your 💰 🤑 💸. This morning I will be reporting to BBB and NC attorney generals office because the headlight thing is fraud.
P.s. if the guy in the glasses is talking he is lying!!!!!!

Had someone hit my truck from behind. Dropped the vehicle off, had rental vehicle waiting. Super fast, awesome work, and very friendly. I would recommend to anyone!! Great work to all involved over there.

Saw the exotic cars and thought they would do excellent work. My new vehicle collision repair was rushed through and poorly finished. Visible waves broadcasting through the clear coat. Parts that were listed in the insurance claim to be changed were not. There are visible tape lines and overspray. I was told the parts were on back order. I went to the dealership and was told the parts are available within one day. I would not recommend this business!

Before you decide to use this company proceed with caution and take a moment to read my personal experience with them. I initially met the son William Jr. while getting an estimate during their walk in hours. On this interaction everything seemed well. We laughed, we talked, he gave me an estimate of around $600. I was ready to start the process. Then shortly after, he began to ignore my phone calls, and messages I was leaving with the Secretary.Finally, I realized that he was ducking me and proceeded to contact him on a different number to see if he would answer. And sure enough he did. Gave me an excuse of how he was going to reach out. At this point, he finally sent me the invoice, I had been waiting for.To my astonishment, somehow the estimate doubled to over $1200. I felt so unvalued. It felt like he purposely did not want to work for for whatever reason and raised the price. Maybe he judged me, my aesthetics, my race, I am not sure. However, once I emailed him back asking for just a little more clarification, I have not heard from him since.This ordeal has left me sad and disappointed. Now I have to regroup and start this process completely over again. If you are even thinking about using this company, I would honestly rethink that the decision. No one and I mean absolutely no one should feel like they are being judged. My money should be as good as anybody else.
