Excellent people Excellent customer service will go out of there way to help you I've called there last minute before needing tires delivered and have been told we don't have anyone available but we're going to make it happen for yall and they did you don't get that kind of customer service anymore that's why I love dealing with these guys professionals

These guys were fantastic. They gave me a quick reasonable quote for tires for my bus. John was very knowledgeable about the options available. He gave me an accurate estimate of when the tires would be available, they were on time for the appointment and finished in the timeframe he provided. Everyone in the shop was very courteous and helpful. They also did an oil change. I will definitely go back for future services.

I was scheduled to have an interview with this company at their branch location. My interview was scheduled 5 days in advance of the interview date. I arrived to my interview early. When I walked in the hiring manager had someone else come tell me that the position had already been filled. This was the most unprofessional “interview process” I have ever been apart. I received no warning ahead of time that the position had already been filled. The hiring manager didn’t even have the courage to approach me himself and tell me that he wasted my time and fuel getting there. I could only imagine how unprofessional this Manager is within his branch if he is this negligent and unprofessional towards a potential employee. 10 out of 10 would not recommend anyone waste their time here. Michelin also makes better tires.

My truck needed 2 new front tires and when I called at 4, Dustin answered and he was very polite helpful and patient. My driver was very happy with the way he was treated when arrived. Even thou they close at 5:30 he took us in at 4:30, and did was he promised, very happy with Customer Service.

Estimate was easy to walk-in and receive. Charged for removing inside and outside tire individually? Overall price was a little lower than other places. Waiting area chairs and signage were dusty.
