Was told I couldn’t return a purse because they don’t do returns on them because they’re considered “jewelry”. I called customer service as well as corporate and was told that I could definitely return purses, and that they are not jewelry. I don’t know why this store is giving out false information (because nowhere on the receipt says you can’t return purses) maybe they want to keep their sales up idk…but the manager here was very rude and told me false information.

Typically when I enter a store someone usually asks if I need help or says how are you doing today. We were ignored the entire time there!! There was absolutely no customer service! When I was checking out the cashier never made eye contact or said a word to me except when she asked for my email. When I refused to give her my email she refused to give me a receipt!! This is so rude and unprofessional!! We will never come back to this store or recommend to anyone!!

Visited the store around 6:30pm hoping to browse for a dress. Despite the door being slightly open and customers inside, the dark-haired, petite lady with glasses behind the counter rudely demanded we leave. Everyone has bad days, but there's a nicer way to ask someone to leave, especially in the customer service industry. Apparently, our presence was an inconvenience despite the store's supposed closing time being 7pm. Clearly, customer service and adherence to posted hours are not priorities here. I recommend the management looks into fixing this.

We came in Thursday night looking for a dress for my daughter for Homecoming. At first, my daughter tried in about 3-4 dresses but she didn't seem convinced. Kimmie offered her help and changed EVERYTHING!! She helped my daughter find the perfect dress, shoes and accessories and had my daughter feeling amazing. The way my daughter's face lit up the day of Homecoming once she saw the whole look put together was priceless. We will DEFINITELY be back for her next event! KIMMIE DID THAT!!

Yesterday I was in Windsor looking for my daughter a birthday dress. Kimmie the sales associate was great. She gave me a good tips on dresses and was very attentive. I really appreciated excellent her customer service. The store was clean and had a great variety for teens and above age women.

We were in today to find my 15 year old daughter a dress for her military ball at school….she wears a size 14/large in women. She is by NO MEANS overweight, she is healthy and athletic. We absolutely loved a lot of the dresses but the only sizes we found were XS, S, and M. It broke her heart because we drove 30 minutes away for this store specifically and wasn’t able to even try any dresses on due to their lack of size inclusivity. People wonder why young girls think they’re “fat” when they’re not and it’s absolutely because of businesses like this. I will absolutely be vigilant about making sure my daughter knows that she is absolutely NOT the problem, but there are far too many businesses like this who cause young girls to feel terrible about themselves. It’s almost 2024 and we are still pretending like it’s okay to exclude a perfectly healthy body.

I came in during the last hour of the work day, the manager and worker were so cute and kind to help me get some outfits together for my Florida trip! They made my first in store experience the sweetest! They were helpful, professional and authentic. What more could you ask for? My new fav store to shop in!

The store manager Tyri is the best!! I’ve been shopping at this location for several years now and she’s always gone out of her way to be friendly and help customers in any way she can. Always has a bright smile on her face. Will definitely be shopping here again soon ?

A new girl that just started about two days ago helped me and my friend find our perfect prom dresses. She was kind, helpful and truly led us to have an amazing experience. She truly did everything she could to help us which was amazing. I believe her name was Krissy?
