Would highly recommend. Called at 10:30 on a Saturday and window was fixed before 4. Very communicative and good customer service. Even cleaned the glass out of my car!

Unreliable and unresponsive. Hard to get a hold of and slow to respond to communication. Scheduled service with them 3 times and never got the work done. First time they rescheduled due to weather (which is understandable). Second time they no-showed and wouldn't answer the phone. Got a response the next day and scheduled the third time. They no-showed to that too and haven't responded to me in a week. Don't waste your time.

Found this affordable company after my car was broken into. The worker did well on the window repair, but damaged my car more. I have tried for a week to have this situation rectified, but this business is evading responsibility. There was also no clear communication before the job and I requested a receipt to be left in my car and still have not received that either. I wanted to give this business a great review after the job but it seems they do not care about high quality car care service. Please beware when spending your money with this business, it would be better to pay more for better service and care.

Highly recommend. Had my windshield replaced and they made sure it had the same glass features as my broken windshield. The actual install took around 30 minutes. Great service for a great price!

Called Monday and made an appointment for Tuesday morning. I waited an extra 30 mins before calling when they failed to show or call me. Whoever made my appointment Monday never put down the time I was told. They said they come later that day and still no word from them. Called them at 4pm and left a voicemail. Couldn’t get a call back so they texted me making an excuse that they ordered the wrong glass even though I confirmed make/model three times. They assured me they would come yesterday. Never showered up and never was given an update or ETA. Really disappointed as the guys were really professional when I first called. Wouldn’t recommend.Originally gave them 1 star but they reached out to me after my review to make it right and fixed my window which I respect.

Highly recommend it!The day I was getting the windshield replaced, things came up that couldn't be home! my fault he was 10 minutes away and I had totally forgotten he was coming,He was understanding and worked with me we managed to send payment, and he replaced my glass he was sending me pictures, keeping me updated from arrival to finish,Friendly, professional , reasonable price!Will recommend this company 100%!

We were referred by our dealership to use Wilson and Tucker. Their availability was next day service! Very easy to work with and great that they come to your house! Glad we didn’t have to hassle with insurance as pricing was competitive as well.

Called Wilson & Tucker auto glass as my wife has used them in the past and had a great experience. Dillon was the one who I spoke with and gave me the quote and he’s also the one who did the windshield replacement. He was super flexible with my schedule and let me know know when he was coming. Great customer service he was prompt when he arrived he got right to work. Was very meticulous in the way he worked. He cleaned and tidied up while working. Made sure everything lined up and fitment was spot on. I was impressed at how quickly he was able to get the old windshield out and cleaned and prepped for the new one.
