I took my car into Subaru to have the whole right side of my car painted; I had hit a concrete post uptown and scratched and dented the whole passenger side. So. it took a little while to get it back but it was worth it...Color matches; dents are gone and while it was in the shop they went and aligned the alignment and had my other issue fixed while it was there. So, great job!

Excellent job on the repair, great communication about vehicle status, and a surprise immaculate cleaning before pickup. Thank you for restoring my favorite Forester!

I cannot recommend Aimee Clark enough! After my Subaru was totaled in a car accident, she was so incredibly empathic and helpful during my search for a replacement Subaru. She is so sweet, knowledgeable and has a great sense a humor. You can tell she genuinely cares about her clients and really embodies Subaru's culture. She's the best & will go above and beyond to take care of you!

I brought my Subaru to Folger after I had been involved in an accident. The reason I brought my car there was because I thought they were an authorized Subaru collision center. I later found out that they are not. The initial estimate went fine but after that there was no follow up. I left two voice messages and emailed the person who had done the estimate and I received no response. Friday February 24th I had to take time off of work to go to the collision center to get an update. I was told my car was scheduled for repair on Monday February 27th. My question to the person I was speaking with was when was someone planning on telling me this? I did not receive a straight answer. I contacted Subaru to file a complaint that was when I was told they’re not an authorized Subaru collision center. This is very misleading to the public since Williams Subaru has Folger listed on their website as their collision center. The repairs were done ahead of schedule but I’m still not happy with the customer service I initially received.Service: Body & Trim

Folger Collision repaired my wife's Yukon after an accident about 6 months ago. I just took may car in and had it repaired after my BMW was rear ended in December 2022 as well. They did a fantastic job on both vehicles. Sherri Webb handled both repairs for us and she was great. I would highly recommend them.Service: Body & Trim

They did an excellent job repairing my vehicle that was involved in a rear end collision. Marie made me feel confident, and they communicated throughout the process. The detailing service they used was less than desirable, and left my infotainment system screen and gearshift surround stained and with “gunk” left on it that I had trouble removing.Mike worked hard to get it corrected.Services: Electrical

The diagnostics and work carried out here at Williams Subaru is embarrassing and a reinforcement of my belief of the low quality standards set here. The vehicle was brought in for work done to the front driver side corner accident. Upon receiving the car back from the body shop, they have incorrectly wired the vehicles electrical system. This massive lack in observation during work and huge oversight of safety resulted in a near fatal incident. After returning the car to the dealership for immediate repair and within the first 50 miles on the way to work. more lights appear on the dash that were not there prior to bringing the car into Williams Subaru for work. Now doing my own research on the OBD2 codes, I see as what the receptionist calls "a happy little coincidence" that the transmission now needs repair. Williams Subaru claims that the error codes that came on within 50 miles of their dealership has nothing to do with the car accident or their shoddy work and it could have turned on with any of the previous 150k miles.Williams Subaru is not properly trained. Williams Subaru does not do thorough diagnostics. Williams Subaru does not inspect their work for quality.Do not trust their lies. Two stars because somehow I am alive to write this review.Services: Transmission

This is the worst place as far as follow up on anything. I will never go back to this dealership.

The experience at Williams Body Shop was very pleasant. Mike is very helpful and he was able to provide the things I needed very promptly. I had my car fixed there before and I am totally confident about getting it fixed here again. They will try to accommodate your needs and make sure you have the best experience here. I am very pleased by their excellent customer service.

I highly recommend Aimee Clark from Williams Subaru in Charlotte. Aimee is very knowledgeable, communicates well, has a nice sense of humor, and takes the right steps quickly. We came in Friday afternoon and wanted to test drive a Crosstrek. Aimee figured it all out in the short amount of time that we had available. We love the Crosstrek. I hope you will get to work with her. thank you, Aimee!

Huge thanks to Crystal and her team at Williams Collision Center. We had a recent minor accident that required some body work, mechanical work and auto glass replacement. We have not used services of this nature for many years (thankfully) and called 3 different shops including Williams at the recommendation of our insurance adjuster. From the first interaction the Williams team was extremely accommodating and flexible. I was not concerned with pricing as the bulk was of course covered by insurance so this was a customer service and timing decision. The market is crazy now and parts are in short supply so I fully understand the scheduling challenges that all similar businesses are facing. Williams was very communicative and was able to fit my repair project in 2-3 weeks ahead of their local competitors. They worked with me on a loaner vehicle that worked for my family with young kids. The final repairs look great, the vehicle was cleaner than its been in probably 2 years when I picked it up. They went over and above! I would absolutely recommend Williams Collision Center to anyone in the area in need of auto repair. Thanks Williams Team!!!Services: Auto glass repair

I called several days in a row to get my car fixed and no one ever called me back. I bought the vehicle from this dealership, so I thought they would help me get it fixed. I bought it two years ago & got all of my oil changes done there. No one there could help me. I got very poor customer service. I will not be returning.

Updating my review, not as a slight on Williams Subaru, but as a general warning again buying a new Subaru. I bought my outback new in 2020 and have been having problems with the entertainment console since day one. There are a lot of bugs, the most concerning of which is that the screen will periodically (pretty much every other drive) go completely black and things like my radio, AC, lane keeping assistance, collision avoidance, backup camera, etc, will not work. Every time I bring it in, I am told of a new software update that is supposed to fix everything. Every time, the issues are back the same day. If you're going to spend $40k on a car, get a RAV4
