The hoses are always mess up to vacuum. The wash isn't that good, terrible at getting dirt off the car. Not worth the time and money. Need to take better care of the facilities.

I paid $24 for a car wash but my car is still dirty, with no tire shine and visible dirt spots. When I spoke to an employee, he mentioned that only the $30 wash includes a rewash. All packages should offer a rewash since the machine doesn't do a good job. I would rate this a zero if possible.

$30 for a car wash and nothing works. Car was left still dirty after a wash. I can understand missing a few spots as it is a machine, but not the whole car..

On October 9 at 7:00 PM, I had a very disturbing experience with an employee at this location. After I politely requested a towel, the employee, who appeared to be of Asian descent, acted as if he was reaching for a weapon in his bag, and then proceeded to call me a derogatory slur. I called the police, and they spoke to him about the situation, making it clear that his behavior was unacceptable.
The manager on duty, a tall individual, refused to provide me with a towel, citing a daily budget restriction, even though I am a paying member. This entire situation was shocking and completely unnecessary—especially over something as simple as a towel, which is a basic amenity that should be provided with a membership.
I hope corporate investigates this matter seriously and takes appropriate action to ensure that incidents like this do not happen again. This type of behavior from staff is unacceptable.

Melvin as an amazing manager. Great customer service. Solved my obstacle with a smile on his face. & working hard on Father’s Day! God bless this man working with a great attitude, and putting food on his family table ??

$18 for a carwash and more than half of the vacuums do not work, parking lot is littered and more than once i’ve found nails and screws in the vacuum parking spaces which is hazardous

I have the zips membership and went to the zips off of Albermarle and the attendant did not want to help. He kept saying the tag didn't have enough numbers and walked away! I drove to the Tryon zips and the attendant was great! Zips need to spend some money and update their machines to accommodate what they are selling.
