“TAJ Essentials is amazing!!! I’ve only been twice, and each time I’ve come, it’s been almost closing time. Typically, at closing time, the help you receive in a retail store is very minimal. NOT at TAJ Essentials! Both times, they have given me the same service and courtesy as if they were just opening. Everyone there makes you feel like you are part of their family and very important to them. They take time with you to make sure your scent is just what you want. They add a little of this and a little of that until you are satisfied. They are very knowledgeable about their products so when you have questions they can make suggestions. You can also give them an idea of what you’re going for and they can help you create just that. The energy is amazing! And they don’t seem to meet a stranger. If you walk through their doors, you’re treated like family. If there was somewhere to sit, I’d hang out there. Maybe you guys can add a book nook. Lol. “Carolina Cooks is by far the top local restaurant supply source. Owned by a local restauranteur, they excel in service, responsiveness and fair prices. Our prep station's compressor died so we decided to replace it. I called Gershon and asked if he had one on the floor with the correct specs that could be delivered today, knowing that was an almost impossible request.He immediately ensured that the measurements would work, taking the time to measure all aspects of the unit. He then coordinated delivery THE SAME DAY and did this in a matter of 30 minutes. The delivery team literally was calling me in less than 2 hours, asking if they could come early to deliver. They also took the old one away for $100 which was very helpful. They are our number 1 partner for equipment and understand how difficult the F&B business is. Thank you Carolina Cooks team!”

“EDIT: I scheduled another appointment after a week, came back, and explained the situation. Understandably everyone was in disbelief, but Myles was willing to hear me out and rectify the issue. This time everything is all set!

Original post: I made an appointment and took my car in for a tire rotation and balance as recommended. After two and a half hours, I received a message that my car was ready. When I got home, I noticed the wheels were untouched (no hand prints or anything in the grime/brake dust on any of the four wheels) and there was still vibrations in the steering (not due to alignment). I always take photos to document before and after the process. Suspicious, I checked against the photos I took and noticed all tires and wheel weights were still in the exact same position.

Long story short, these guys didn't balance or rotate my tires and tried to pass it off like everything was done. I took pictures before and after, documenting the DOT numbers and wheel weight position, and everything was exactly the same after they handed the keys back. What did they even do during the 2.5 hours I was waiting? Just lift and lower the vehicle?? Unbelievable. I'm a huge Costco fan, but go to Discount Tire or somewhere else for tires.”

“I tried to come a day earlier, the woman at the entrance was very nice and tried to help in every way, but they didn't take me because the day was very busy, but it's realistic if you come at 4:30 and ask nicely. The next day I stopped by at 4: 30 to the territory and the door was given to me at 6:00 and they immediately started unloading. As soon as you enter, you will have to leave documents in the mailbox - dock 53 (dry cargo), dock 19 (refrigerator). There is parking for 4-5 cars at most , but I went to the nearest pilottravel center and waited there. Everything is not bad”
