Wonderful treatment at WBAH. The staff is so pleasant and there is hardly ever a wait to get into to see the doctor. We have the upmost confidence in Dr. Linfante. He always takes his time, answers all your questions and is conservative in his prescribed care. Best vet practice we have ever used.

My dog, Mano, is not a good patient. He needs a calming protocol with sedation to get his medical requirements met. Inspite of this we are always treated with cheerfulness and kindness; receiving quality health care. TY to both drs and the technicians and front desk staff. I appreciate you even if Mano is not a fan.

As usual, Dr. Tom Linfante and his entire staff are professional, very friendly, and treat our dog as their own. They always quote prices before treating which is very helpful. I’ve been going there for years and they never disappoint!

Friendly atmosphere and they always make you feel welcome. In the past we always had been seen Dr. Linfante but this time we saw Dr. Rowe. She was super informative about our new puppy’s health .

I can't say enough good things about West Ballantyne Animal Hospital! From the moment we walk in, we are greeted with a warm, friendly atmosphere. The staff genuinely cares about the well-being of every animal that comes through their doors. My dog is always anxious during his visits, but the vet and technicians are so patient, gentle, and reassuring, it makes all the difference.
Dr. Linfante is incredibly knowledgeable and takes the time to explain everything clearly, answering all of my questions without rushing. I really appreciate the thoroughness of the check-ups, and you can tell he truly loves animals. He provides excellent care, and always follows-up to check on my pet!
I feel completely confident bringing my pets here, knowing they will receive top-notch care in such a compassionate environment. Highly recommend this clinic to any pet owner!"

Wish I could give them more than 5 stars!! The staff is great, they are always so kind, helpful, and welcoming. Dr. Linfante is an extremely talented Veterinarian. I have gone to many vets for my sweet pup and this is hands down the best Dr. I've gone to. I no longer live in the Ballantyne area.. in fact, I live a flight away now.. but I still keep my pup under Dr. Linfante's care. It's so important to me to have a vet that truly cares about my pup AND actually knows what their doing/ talking about when it comes to check ups, injuries, sickness, surgeries etc. so we literally fly back and forth just to see him! I'd recommend this clinic to anyone and everyone!

Haven’t been to the vet so can’t tell whether it’s a good place. My issue is with their policy that a deposit is made before being seen for the first time. I get it, time is valuable and they don’t want cancellations. But as a new patient, you get the impression that the only thing they care about is money. They also made a point to say if you cancel within 24 hours they keep the full deposit. The deposit is not a portion of the appointment either, it’s the full price. First vet in three different states and multiple cities that has required a deposit to make an appointment. No thanks.

We've been taking our dog to West Ballantyne for almost 10 years and can't say enough about their wonderful care. We trust Dr. Linfante with our sweet Pom - he's kind, attentive, and incredibly knowledgeable. The staff is also incredibly friendly! Don't hesitate to choose WBAH to help care for your fur babies :)
