I would never in my life for 10 this Wells Fargo location again, I was discriminated against because of the color of my skin and treated very unfair. At this time I did contact corporate and awaiting a call back.

The banker who was serving had a terrible attitude. I felt uncomfortable in this place. He is a jerk. If you don't like your customer service job, what do you do there? You bitter old man. I will never return to this place. I went to Wells Fargo from N.tryon. It was a service. I felt so nice at home, the girl was very kind, but that bald guy treats Hispanics in a terrible way. I will never return. I left one because I felt bad there.

The branch staff can never solve problems, they always ask to make appointments because the tellers never can because they have no authority, then I go to another bank in the city and the tellers themselves make the arrangements. I think they need to train the cashiers more apart from cashing checks.

This location is useless for any service other than using the ATM. Staff inside have NEVER been supportive of any issue I’ve had since I moved to Charlotte. Lousy, selfish, and rude.

I found Liliana very helpful and patient setting up my new Business Account. Even on a busy Friday the manager greeted everyone in the lobby waiting area to let me know about wait Time.

Alexandra Torres pf North Carolina a employee of Wells Fargo was video taped making a false police report and false racial accusations . Alexandra Torres an employee of Wells Fargo made racist remarks and lied told NC police that a black woman was beatingher and harming her!! It is clear in the video it didn't happen!! Is this the kind of employees you hire and represent your company? Horrible ! Boycott!

Today I was so very fortunate to go to the Starmount Branch (Charlotte, NC) of Wells Fargo and meet Branch Manager Johanan Hernandez. Yesterday I was in Elizabeth City N.C. It was a 6 hour drive from my home in Charlotte NC and I was there for a family member's funeral. Just before the funeral service I unknowingly dropped my wallet. Fifteen minutes later I realized it was gone and I rushed back for it. By then someone had already taken it. I thought, and was told by others, it would be a huge hassle to get an ATM replacement card from the bank. I was not looking forward to the trip to the bank to start the process. (Yes, I could have done everything online but since this was the 1st time this had happened to me I was hoping someone could help give me tips.) Then I met Johanan. What a blessing! I got to the branch at 4:30 PM and he was very busy. I asked (and would have fully understood) if he wanted me to come back the next day since it was almost closing time. He said for me to stay and he would help me. So at 5 PM, when they were locking the doors, he took me to his office and started walking me through the process to get another bank card. He explained everything and even helped me put 'Google Pay' on my cell phone so I could pay that way till I recieved the new bank card in 5-7 days. He was so patient with me when I kept forgetting the new user name and password over and over again that I had just made for the new card. I was still flustered from just getting a replacement driver's license and registration card from the DMV. Thank you Johanan and Thank you Wells Fargo for having great people like him to serve your customers. All the other workers at the branch were also very friendly and helpful as well.

Very friendly staff but this branch needs more tellers. I spend to much time waiting in line.

This weekend , the 3 ATM machines were either unavailable for cash or deposit , today my younger brother needed to borrow money , hurriedly drove to the bank only to find out that all 3 ATM were unavailable for. cash . Didn’t have shoes on plus bank has a tendency to be slow sometimes, had to go to the branch off Fairview to withdraw money . This complaint deals with cash not being available, time was shortly before 2 pm 8/16
