I usually have a good experience with my easy transaction but I was disappointed on my last visit. There was only one teller available and she was tied up with miscommunicating with a customer's detailed request. I saw a customer come in the door and was helped immediately. I walked over to the sitting area and sat to speak with an associated. I could see and hear two associates having a personal conversation about airplane flights. The one associate standing in the office in clear view glanced my way a few times but continued to laugh and chat. I decided to stand up and get in view of the associate sitting behind the desk. No acknowledgement. After their conversation, the associate standing wrapped up the convo, walked across my view to the other side to his office. Still nothing. I walked out. Looking at the other reviews, I can now see this service is their standard. My business is clearly not wanted.

I’ve been to this branch 3 times and once waited about 20 minutes and the other 2 times I had been here Ive had to wait in a line for nearly 30 mins. This last time I went is the reason for me writing this review because it is just crazy the way they treat customers. This last time I was the only person in line and still nearly waited 30 min while one teller was serving a couple. I could see many people walking around in the back hall through the door where you can see the drive thru teller windows and even one person that came to the front twice. Not once did anyone that looked at me ask if I needed anything or offered to help until after I had been standing there almost 30 mins looking very impatient by my look and actions. Some lady did finally come to me and ask what I needed and then said the teller would be with me in a moment and then I told her I had been waiting there already almost 30 mins watching everybody else just walk around and socialize with each other and it is crazy that for me being the only person in line waiting like this with not one person to approach me like in the other branches I’ve been to (I don’t bite my tongue I tell people how it is) that’s when she said to write down my name and how much I needed and give her my card and ID. She then went and did it somewhere in the back. So much chaos for something so simple. I don’t know what’s wrong with the people here. If I could go to a different branch I would but this is the place I HAVE to go to once in a blue moon. I hope this gets someone’s attention. So they can correct the way they handle customer service. I would have given one star because even though it took nearly 30 mins for someone to get to me I ended up giving 2 stars for the lady that did FINALLY approach me and take my info to the back to get it done ASAP for me. That’s still not saying much.

This branch has friendly employees but I don't understand why there's always one teller and people waiting in line There are plenty of employees. Every time! Ugh!

Talk about bad service. One of the bankers here, dont know her name, is extremely rude. I went in today to get a document signed with a notary. They told me I would wait in line, not an issue. We waited 30 minutes just to be asked, how many signatures we would need for the notary. I told her 3 and she said well... that could take awhile so, I'm going to skip you and help this other person. I am a notary myself and know that this would literally only take 2 minutes of her time. Because of this rude incounter, I have decided to pull all of my investments and cash out of my accounts and find a company who actually cares for there customers. I'm very disappointed in this branch. Hopefully they get better bankers in the near future.

Patiently waited for about 30 minutes. Associate bankers never spoke or acknowledged me. Continued to wait after a customer left one particular banker. The associate never greeted me, never asked if he could assist with anything or even bothered to say I'm currently working on finishing up something I'll be with you momentarily (which at the time he seemed to be available, either way it was totally rude and unprofessional service).

Teller at wells Fargo in Charlotte did not seem happy to have her first customer Tuesday am. I suggest more customer service training!

Went in to get a teens first timers bank card. There were no other customers and 3 offices with employees. They told us they were too busy to help and we'd have to make an appointment. We couldn't make the appointment in person because the employees were too busy to check when they'd have availability. We have to book online because they were going to be busy for a long time. Overall the customer service was just poor and rude.

Worst Wells Fargo I have ever been to. I have lived next to this branch for 5 years and continue to get the worst customer service I have received ever. Do not waste your time. The management clearly does not have a handle on their staff or procedures. Drive the extra 10 minutes to the nearest other one.

Horrible customer service- unable to staff their notaries even though had called prior to make sure they were in, very abrupt and abrasive in customer service, and ill-informed of their own services.

Opened up a business account at this location. Lauren Williams, the banker I worked with, was very friendly and knowledgeable. Highly recommended!
