The worse customer service. Courtney White who is the branch manager displays such a discriminatory attitude towards CERTAIN customers it’s pathetic. How can Wells Fargo even keep a person who discriminates employed as someone to lead others is beyond me. Definitely will be going to local papers and other outlets to let them know about this. I’ve even spoken with their home office to tell them about it and not even a phone call back. Pathetic!!

There are 3 tellers standing around and not one welcomed me or offered to help, while I was standing and waiting to speak to someone. All 3 ladies were focused on one woman who was already being helped, mind you. It does not take a genius to know that you should greet anyone that walks-in and ask if they need help, especially if not busy. These are the basics of customer service. I will not be returning to this location & highly recommend they all be retrained in fundamentals of customer service. Getting paid to chitchat, such a joke! I ended-up walking out.

Worst bank and worst customer service. My mortgage was sold to them last year and it has been a nightmare ever since. Refinancing now with another lender. Will never bank or do any business with these people, just read the news to see how terrible they are as a company.

Extremely helpful and kind people at this branch. Always willing to help ant eat they can, courteous and kind. I've worked with Chad on my business account, he's great, and Yolanda at the counter is quick and professional.

The most unhelpful place to get anything done. Wells Fargo is a very corrupt company but if you have no other choice (like in my case) I would drive 10 minutes to the arboretum where they at least want to be of assistance to you
