Poor service and very slow. Bankers talk to each other ignoring the customers. Waited waited waited then left. This was AM when they just opened. Disappointing. Drive through is usually ok. Especially the atm

Horrible service. ATM doesn't work. And when I tried to put money on my account they kicked me out because I don't have a mask. But we got vaccine???

COME ON! Let's get back to work. I'm really sick of not being able to go into the bank because of your inability to face Covid and open your doors. Yet again I went through the drive-through today, all you can do is withdrawals and deposits. I'm getting directed to other locations that are not convenient to me. Then I've got to drive at $3.50 a gallon to these locations when I'm already at your window. If you're not going to open the lobby because of your Covid fear at least empower your drive-through employees to do cashiers checks, money orders other small items besides just withdrawals and deposits. I'll give you four more weeks, if this continues I move my account. I've been baking with you for 30 years.

If I could give it 0 stars I would. Went there a little late was apologetic about it. But was trying to fix problem as soon as possible so my father wouldn't be affected. But the personal banker Gerald was the rudest employee. Yes my father can't speak perfect English but doesn't mean you get to lose your composure and raise your voice. You are supposed to be a professional as a banker. It isnt my fault if I have questions because one branch is telling me differently than what you are telling me. Kept calling my husband, my brother. We kept on correcting him on that. And when telling him that we would pay the negative. He gave the most sarcastic face while saying okay.

Oliver was great! I had savings bonds to cash and he went above and beyond to make sure they were done and done right. Nice to get good service and a friendly face.

We only needed the atm to make a xash deposit. The maxhine was functioning and did its job. That's all you can ask.

Stay away from location, theirs an employee there by the name of Eve who publicly made a scene. You'd think Wells Fargo would be gotten their employees straight. Guess not.
