Came to this bank for help with closing account, waited for 10 min, no one approached to help us. There were some bankers doing nothing but lazy enough to approach us. Event after I asked for help some banker told me to wait Outrageous!

If I could give this location a negative review I would! I went in on Wednesday 6/1 with a concern about my account! The personal banker (female with an accent) was so rude! She told me to bad there’s nothing I can do to help you help you and left me in tears! She even threw my debit card back at me! Didn’t even spend 1 minute with me! Luckily I work by the Wesley chapel location and they were amazing and helped me with an issue I had! To the lady at the arboretum location, well you should be ashamed of yourself and your the last person that should be in any kind of job in customer service!

All of there Employees every helpful and nice and friendly for us kids with disability and Thank You so much very much for binge very nice and very helpful and very friendly for us kids with disability . I recommend wells Fargo bank. Never had a problem .

This location SUCKS - the ATM almost never accepts deposits. Not such a big deal but you have to get out and circumnavigate the building and go through the drive-through teller! ??????????

I have never had any issue or trouble here, and ppl. there always been very helpful. Sometimes it has been busy and you have to wait but staff was apologetic and polite. No place is 100% all of the time but I think they actually try to be helpful here.If you have an issue here, walk across the street. This is a 50 star bank compared to the BoA next door...

I have gone to this location twice, first time I walked in and the experience was quick. They were helpful and professional. The 2nd time... drive through..NEVER AGAIN. It took 15 minutes for a simple withdrawal. WHY?? Because the teller was very extra...perhaps its too much of a shock for an African American person to have that type of account. She asked about my address change,that I did months ago, and which should have been seen on the system. Although, my id address hadn't changed...she just..omg I could have just walked in. .. I plan to close my account at Wells Fargo as soon as I find somewhere else to take my business to. Fyi.. I am a African American retired healthcare professional. We have bank accounts too. Diversity training needs to be updated or included in employee training
