Due to the closure of these branches on Saturdays, only one is saturated with people. Now we have to look for N TRYON's. THE line of cars and people is exasperating.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. The customer service is horrendous; consistent attitudes and a high disregard for customer satisfaction. The ATMs are always out of order (every single one, simultaneously). How is this even possible, nevertheless, acceptable? I had to wait for a bank teller in the drive through for nearly 40 minutes at 2:30 in the afternoon a few days ago. There is always an issue and nobody is ever responsive enough to mitigate any of these issues. For such a well known and highly recognized company, it sure is lacking in more ways than one. After many years with Wells Fargo, I will be changing banks immediately.

Customer service was terrible. I go into Wells Fargo in Albemarle NC and North Myrtle Beach SC. Those banks are extremely friendly. Could not believe how unprofessional this bank was. Quite evident there is no management in this branch.

On February 28th I went first thing in the morning to get some paperwork notarized because I have an account with them. I left work and went when the bank opened to be out the way of other customers. The banker that was a notary showed me that she didn’t not want to help me with her response to my questions as well as her behavior. Then she told me that I have to make an appointment because it may take to long to do. I then had to go somewhere else and pay to have it done and it only took 15 minutes to do. Because of the poor treatment I received from her I will no longer go to this bank for any services.

Wells Fargo Bank on central ave and the plaza is the worst bank I ever did business with. Rude employees they talk to you like you are nobody. I am closing my account. Every since I have been with them it's been horrible service.

This particular branch is just too busy. I’ve been calling for 2 days and no one will pickup the phone. Was there last Saturday and the line was out the door almost the entire time they were open. Please get these people some help! When I call BofA, they pick right up!

Went to this location after submitting an application online, upon arrival, I was greeted at the door by a male, I told him about the online application, he proceeded to tell me to wait in line and give the representative my Identification and pay the $25.00 fee. I waited for 25 minutes or more just to be told that the male that greeted me at the door could assist me. He then stated that it's appointment only! He had absolutely NO customers and had been at the door greeting people. He didn't offer to assist me in any form or fashion. Poor customer service! I am positive that it wouldn't be 25 minutes or more to assist me since I had completed the application on line. I simply needed to show my Identification and pay the fee and be on my way. ...WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!!
