CLOSE THIS BRANCH if you cannot adequately staff the location with competent management. I have wasted numerous trips trying to accomplish what should have been the simplest of tasks. Everyone I dealt with was clueless and unhelpful, looking for reasons NOT to address my needs. Get with the times and allow customers to make account changes online instead of requiring an in person visit - where the employees are incapable or unwilling to assist with it!

I have been banking with Wells Fargo for over 6 years, not to my satisfaction but out of locational necessity. Today I had by far the worst experience I’ve ever had at this location. I am a single mother of three children and both of my teenage children work multiple jobs to help support our family. I have been cashing their checks at all locations without them present(as they are minors) for the duration of the past three years. Today the blonde lady at the window “Annabelle”, was on a power trip insisted that I have my child present with me, and said that whatever other branch had cashed checks previously must “not have been doing their due diligence”. I guess all locations haven’t been doing such??? So then I had to turn around in pre 5 o’clock traffic and go pick up my two children who weren’t working and bring them back to the bank. When we arrived there were 9 people in line waiting to be assisted by the one teller that was actually present at the walk in window. After waiting for a duration of 25 minutes in line, I will be moving my business to another banking institution as soon as possible.

Went inside bank due to problem with ATM. Service was fast and friendly and they got the problem fixed everyone in the place was acting the same way to customers. Nice experience!

very slow, lack of attention to business customers. we dropped night. We were supposed to come the next morning to pick up what we received. It wasn't done yet, until two days later it was finished. What does Night Drop mean? In our business, we don't have time to commute, waste time and waste petrol.

Dear God, go anywhere else. I have to come here once a week. Every time I visit, I'm happy. Every time I leave, I want to burn the world to the ground. These employees exude weaponized incompetence. I'm sure they aren't paid well because wells Fargo has never treated anyone well. That's why I've taken 95% of my money from this trash can and put it in better hands but I still have to deal with these people every week and every week they get worse at their jobs!

Come here at 4pm to do a wire transfer. No one available but no one waiting either. I am willing to wait but they still reject service and give me a card to schedule an appointment which none available. I went to gold hill location and have my wire done in 15 mins. This place may look pretty but the service is bad. 2 star for this and 5 star for the gold hill location.

20 person line inside with no teller at the counter for a while. Rude manager, telling me I could’ve have just gone through the drive through (without asking any questions to understand that my service required is not allowed in the drive through)Choose a different location if you can!

Bankers are not aware of customers sitting awaiting service. I waited for over 30 mins awaiting someone to come attend my needs. There is room for improvement to notify bankers there are customers waiting to be seen.

So went into this branch and was disciminated against by Kasmir Uppal from the moment we sat down this lady looked at me and my daughter like we were beneath her and really didn’t want to help us at all and I came to get a medical POA for a procedure I was having done tomorrow morning and she had to call another rep on the phone and the rep tried to help her and told her she would send an acknowledgment and she turned to me and said I have been a notary for over 30 years yet she had to call for help and then right before she told the manager who was not nice to us either that she had forgotten to have a customer sign his summary so wow and the manager looked at us like we were trash and said I never heard anyone say before she was rude he didn’t even try to help she literally threw my papers to me and told him I’m not signing this for this customer and I told him everything she said and she did not deny it and he told me when I asked for his boss that he would put in the complaint which he just looked at me funny after that. She should not be able to talk to customers that way at all.

This used yo be one of the best drive through location but in the last 3 months it has deteriorated to a One Star review! Not only has the waiting time increased but the service is downright abominable!

The tellers at this location are extremely slow…they move like snails! I went in on two separate days to try to get 20 singles. The first day I waited in line for 10 minutes and just left without any service. The next day I return and it took 15 minutes just to get to the counter. No, they were not busy on either days.The tellers just don’t care that there are other people waiting for service. Several tellers stand behind the counter talking to each other and ignore customers waiting in line. There is no way management doesn’t know about their poor service.
