Today was the second time that they get my deposits wrong. Last time they said I was short 53 dollars this time they told me I was short 36 dollars. Both times I counted the proper amount. And they still said it was not what I gave them. I know is short amounts, but I'm probably not the only one they do this to.

This is a terrible branch. The tellers and managers tend to be condescending. They treat “certain people’s” transactions in a suspicious manner. I don’t get the impression that all customers are treated equally at this branch. If you don’t care to be left being shamed during a transaction because you are not the branches ideal color or class of person, then you probably should skip this branch.

Employees are condescending and service sucks. I had to go to another branch to deposit a check and had no issue. I don’t know why this branch gave me a hard time depositing a check to pay the builder of my house.

Worst experience at a wells fargo yet. The branch isnt open inside due to covid which I understand. So if your interior isnt open, then at least you should be well staffed enough for your drive thru. I waited in the thrive thru for almost 30 minutes. Each of the three lines were 3 to 4 cars deep and moving at a snail's pace. Very very frustrating that this took up my entire lunch break when it should've only taken about 5 to 10 minutes. They need to get their act together and quickly.

Wells made a fortune off my last mortgage!! I am trying to give them more money and NO ONE calls back!! On hold now for 20 minutes. For what they pay these people they should add much more staff. Not the staffs fault W.F is a cheap greedy corp. And I'm not with BERNIE!! LOL

This is the SLOWEST branch I have ever been into. ONE teller? On a Friday? At LUNCH? And the manager just stands there watching us queue. It’s ridiculous! Terrible customer service.

Bankers and tellers are so friendly. Slower at lunch times so if possible try to make an appointment. Usually someone at the door to welcome to get you to the right place.

It's 7:19 on a Friday night with an entire weekend ahead before they reopen and their ATM is already out of $20 bills!
