Came here yesterday to open my first business account & never used this banking company prior. & this staff was so so so sweet & helpful. Leonardo was my banker & we laughed & joked the entire time. He was absolutely amazing & made the process so seamless. Love this bank already!

The manager Paul is combative and rude. Speaking with him was a miserable experience. Garbage company. I've been with WF since Wachovia and am leaving for good. The Wells Fargo retail experience is the absolute worst I have ever encountered.Thank you for making the decision to leave easy.

I went to this branch about five days ago. It was close to 5 o’clock, but Paul, the branch manager, Paul, assured me they would help me before they closed. Jyoti was my banker and I could not have worked with a kinder, more patient, or more knowledgeable person. She helped me send a wire and expertly responded to my questions. She also told me about a couple products (credit card and CD) that might be good for me. Lastly, she took the time, although it was a couple minutes before closing time, to teach me how to send a wire on the WF app (very easy). She was so kind and patient and really left an impression on me through her diligent service.

First time at this branch. From Paul at the front being super professional to Steffon making sure everything I need was taking care of. Professional and friendly staff. Impressive.

I have not really had a bad experience here. Just was outside using the ATM. It was right when they closed. Then a group of Wells Fargo workers walked by and I yelled at them something like "Common! How am I gonna get a lollipop if you all are closed!?" They all proceeded to chuckle at my attempt at being humorous. It was kinda a stroke to my ego. I was thinking to myself "am I really this funny? Should I be on stage?" I guess there are no complains to this business coming from me. Too bad their reviews are rather low. I wish you luck increasing your stars.

Excellent on-site service EVERY time I visit. As a small business owner I am thrilled that the service team at this location always goes out of their way to help me. Today I stopped by hoping to get some guidance...I expected it might take me a few days of research to resolve all of my inquiries, but the local team tackled my issue without hesitation, and was able to provide me with ALL of the answers I needed in a matter of minutes! These folks truly care, and the overall service they provide exceeds my expectations - with I could rate higher than 5 stars.

My company and personal accounts are with Wells Fargo. I've dealt with them for over 30 years. Never had any problems or issues and only experienced friendly, professional staff. This is a good branch. They'll take care of you. But watch out for Mick - he may break into his comedy routine.

I've been waiting for 10+ min at the drivers window. Was greeted and told that the teller would be right with me... meanwhile they're just walking around and chatting inside. Can I cash my check and leave please?! Never coming to this location again.

I attempted to cash a check. The check was made out to two people, and both had endorsed it. The teller said there was an issue, so she would have to deposit it, then see what could be withdrawn. My account wasn't negative â€â™‚ï¸ but whatever. Proceeds with transaction, doing the fifty million things a teller has to do to deposit a check, then tells me she can't because the check is made out to two people.

This branch is so unfriendly and cold! I wanted to close the account right then and there. My goodness it wouldn't hurt to put a smile on your faces and not look at people coming through the door like they are there to rob the place. I can't wait until my direct deposit goes into effect so I never have to go into that branch again!!! Elsa (Frozen) is warmer than this place

Had to go inside to make a large withdrawal, guy at the counter said "just a minute sir", and then proceeds to take his lunch! Ok guys, I'll take my business elsewhere... SECU is right down the street.

Jennifer went above and beyond to assist me. It's tax time, everything is stressful but she ensured to follow up with me until the end to ensure my funds were processed and taxes could be paid in time. Amazing quality of service.
