I recently went to open an account and for some reason it was just more difficult than anticipated, for some part on wells end my number wouldn't register. My banker Tarylin has been SO HELPFUL she always answers my calls and emails and calls me back promptly. If it weren't for her I would have given up and gone somewhere else. She is awesome.

Edwin helped me get my money back after my apartment threw out the check and I had very little info to offer. Something that I thought would be a massive headache was taken care of for me reasonably quickly. Couldn't have asked for better service!

I’ve waited to review this location to see if they’d take action with their ATMS but now after my third time of having money taken from me I feel others should know not to use this location. The first two times my transactions were under $20 so I took the hit and moved on. This last time I deposited $315 and was told the turn around time to have my money back into my checking account would be 48hrs. It’s now been 4 days, a call with the branch manager and a claim that will not be expedited. I avoided the ATM after my first time having money taken and went to a teller who then asked me why I was using the staff and not the ATM. Having your money taken from you with no rectification is upsetting and unsettling the way they have no handle on helping you further. I’m hoping my claim gets settled soon so I can close my accounts.

DO NOT USE THIS BANK! They TOWED MY CAR and the 2 ladies in the bank were Very rude!!!! leaving Wells Fargo bank because of this location!

Been with Wells Fargo since they were Wachovia... never had a banker ask me personal banking questions out loud while I'm standing in line behind people asking what I'm there for and what amount of money do I need to wire. Insane like literally yelling across the room how much do you need to wire? Are you kidding me!

I give this branch one star. I came in to withdraw money out of my account. I was told they couldn’t verify who I was after opening an online account. It didn’t make sense to me because I pulled up my online application and everything was correct.. my address, phone number, etc. I also made a deposit a week earlier so I’m assuming I was lied too. Instead of the manager Mr. Tony Lindemann coming over to resolve the issue and take the time to understand what was happening he proceeded to kick us out and still refused to give me my money! I definitely won’t be back and I will be taking further action. Thanks Wells Fargo!Update: after speaking to a representative online all of my information was in fact correct. I will be filing a complaint.

Very friendly tellers, and there is never too long of a line without some reinforcements to push people along. I support this establishment, and my dad has been banking at this bank for himself and his businesses for many years!

Absolutely absurd customer service. The manager and the staff are a bunch of idiots. I understand that because of Covid, business have had to close in store services but when you have customers who don't necessarily have a car and do not have a debit card, yet still want to make a deposit, the idiot manager and tellers do not let them use drive up services for deposit, due to "Safety reasons". This is absolutely discriminatory towards customers who WFH and do not need a car, I was told by the idiots in charge to go to location where they allow walk up services and denied service.

Absolutely the worst Wells Fargo branch I have ever went to my 16 years of banking with them! Together my fiancé and I probably have over 25 years worth of business with them and today we are going to cancel them all! Tony Lindemann the manager is absolutely horrible for the bank as a business! He racially profiled and turned to six-figure earners away from his bank while literally locking the door to make sure that my fiancé didn't come in with a hat on. His behavior only got worse when I called inside the bank just to ask about the policy and he simply said "security" and hung up the phone.

Probably the worst branch that you will ever go to. Avoid it at all costs!!!! They never have enough people working and the ones that are working are extremely slow. I rarely have to go to a Wells Fargo branch in Charlotte, but this is close to my office and they are absolutely the worst Wells Fargo that I've ever gone to in my life.
