Loyalty, over 40 years means nothing. You offshore my job to India to individuals who have no clue on what to do. You mislead me with false promises and lies. Technology blunders by Saul Van Burdeon and Steve Lindeman will bring this bank to it's knees. They are both liars and thieves. I hope that both of you get thrown out on the sidewalk in handcuffs, on your way to serve time behind bars. I also hope that the keys are thrown away. Do not apply for a job here. The Federal Government has Wells Fargo in it's sights, and will soon close the bank for good due to mismanagement.

Someone scammed me and the transaction history from my bank account showed an ATM withdrawal at this bank location. Its just something about this bank location, never nothing good out of it

Wells Fargo claims that im not responsible for Fraud on my account, but yet they still money constantly, I had Fraud on my account, a $1000.00 was Stolen, they said i would get it back and that im not responsible for Fraud on my account, I Got evicted yesterday, because Wells Fargo stole a $1000.00 out of my account, that was for rent. There constantly steeling from there consumers account, I have been banking with them for 15 years. They don't take there consumers seriously, look at there past as they have and continually do, is defraud Millions of the customers, just like when Wells Fargo was opening false accounts in consumers name, so the can defraud the Public, this bank cant be trusted. I will Submit there Fraud and Deceit on my Social Media Platform, in which I have 5 million users.

RUN, don't walk, away from Wells Fargo bank. They are the WORST!. A family member passed away recently. She had 4 accounts with these sleaze bags. It has been a monumental struggle to have them release the funds they held. I had to send them a death certificate for this process. They said to ask for it's return and give them the address to send it to, which I did. It's been over six months since those accounts were finally closed. Yesterday I called to ask when I could expect the death certificate returned. They told me they do not have that request, which is a lie. And they will not be returning the death certificate. They have NO empathy or compassion for their customers, living or dead. Once they get your hard earned money they will work their hardest to not give it back to you. These people are rotten, lying, low life scum bags. Every stinking one of them.

I have been using this branch for some issues with a small business account and at every turn when I have gone into the bank, the manager, the teller and especially the bankers have provided me with the best possible customer service. Even tho I went in every time without an appointment, they understood the urgent nature of what I needed and helped me through every step and were happy to do so. Big shout out to Mr Bellamy the banker!

I want to open a checking account so I started the process online. They told me I could do the entire thing online and that they were too backed up to book apts. I thought it seemed simple but then I get an error message saying I need to verify my ID at a branch, most likely because I am not an American citizen. My husband is a Wells Fargo Private Banking customer and has been for years. I am currently still using my Canadian accounts and I realized today that I need to set up an account to pay for something because he is out of town. I went to the bank were they personally embarrassed me in front of multiple ppl and told me I couldn’t get an apt until next week? They treated me as if they are doing me a favor to open an account with them. This is a horrible example of customer service and a great example of discrimination. DO NOT BANK HERE. I will take my business elsewhere.

So glad I no longer have an account. I requested statements through the drive-thru and the teller was rude. Was told to make an appointment, then she told me she could do it. Ended up printing statements for months I didn’t even need. Go to another branch. There is clearly a lack of proper training at this location.

I have been a loyal customer of Wells Fargo for nearly 20 years and I visited this particular branch last week to deposit an $11,000 check into my savings account and the branch manager told me that he could not deposit my check due to a reason that he could not disclose. I asked the manager the reason why the check could not be deposited, and he refused to provide me with an answer or explanation.I had to drive to another Wells Fargo branch at 2821 Pineville-Matthews Rd, Charlotte, NC 28270, which is about 15-20 minutes away from my home, and they had no problem depositing the check into my savings account within five minutes, which cleared the next day.Clearly, there was nothing wrong with my check since another branch was able to deposit it, so why wasn't my check deposited at this location? Makes you wonder, right?! I was insulted, frustrated, and even perplexed as to why I was treated this way by this Wells Fargo branch. I felt that I was discriminated against and racially profiled at this location for absolutely no reason at all.I should not have to drive 20 miles away from my home to deposit a legitimate check and be treated with dignity and respect. I will be closing my accounts ASAP.

I don't know if this is the right place for this but , you need to be warned !I had a floor installed in my condo . While waiting for the bill I tried to find out who was financing it so , I didn't get charged late fees , interest , etc. all to no avail . The bill finally came yesterday and the due date was TODAY ! It will be paid but these crooks will do anything to suck in a few more dollars in late fees , interest , etc . Remember all those unauthorized credit card accounts that they opened for their customers ??? Dump these guys and go with a Credit Union ! Wells Fargo is a ripoff ! I get great service at both of my credit unions and I will never go back to a Bank !!!

I wish I could have given zero stars. This bank is located in a very prime locality and at a very rich neighbourhood. But the customer service is horrible ended up going to this branch to with draw some cash. The lady who was helping me out was very unfriendly. I wasn't even greeted by her like "How are you doing today" nothing that sort of which you normally expect from any financial institution. Surprisingly the person who was standing next to me was greeted by the same lady after I left. This particular incident happened around 2:45 pm today on January 2nd, 2018. Inspite of that I was even provided a torn note/bill which I had to change it later at a different bank. Hope the concerned authorities look into this and take it very seriosuly.

The service in this branch is perfection. I needed help with a replacement card and the banker helped me out very quickly and explained how everything would work so I knew what to expect. I was introduced to the new manager Lucy and she was extremely nice and told me if there was anything I needed that I could call either of them. I am a loyal customer now.

I went into this branch today to cash a check and get two money order's. I looked a mess because I was just getting off work and was tired as ever. Long story short they told me they could not cash my check and that my card was fraud and they needed to cut up my card and order me another card. I asked for a manager the manager said the same. I left and went to the branch on central and they did everything that Myers park told me they couldn't do with out any issues. I was in and out. Ill never step foot in Myers park again.
