I want to commend Mr. R. J. Jackson, Regional Banking Manager at the Dilworth Wells Fargo Bank for his outstanding customer service. I recently experienced a great deal of difficulty with a problem with my account. I called the 800 number and was not able to get the situation resolved. I also visited another branch with the same result. I went to the Dilworth location and Mr. Jackson took the time to look into my account, found the error, explained why it occurred, and fixed it on the spot. His attitude and customer service were exemplary. I can't thank him enough.

I came to this branch to get a document notarized. The first attempt, I just walked in, and their only notary was in a meeting. I waited a bit, but the meeting didn’t have any signs of ending soon, so I decided to make an appointment to return. I made an appointment specifically for the notary at 9AM. Upon arriving a 9, I was told he would arrive at 10, but I could drive around to other branches to find an available notary. Total disrespect for my time after I did the proper thing and scheduled an appointment.

Excellent service from Jeffrey Marsh, he was able to help me with my wire transfer, just moments after he started working there. I went to other branches before but they all need it appointment to make a quick wire transfer, even though WF online was down. Kudos to Jeffrey for going out of his way.

I have a very hard time trusting this company .. the guys out west.. CA....SanFran. have been very dishonest with their cust.. so far east coast have not had the problems as their west coast brothers ..

I am not happy with Wells Fargo and the way they use deceptive practices to charge overdraft fees. I thought the bank would work with me not against me. And to think, last week I was almost hooked on the bank manager's offer to move my accounts from other banks to Wells Fargo.
