The worst customer service of any Walmart I've ever been to. Consistently. Always stared at when walking around the store. A line of 7+ people in 4 different self checkout lines , yet this elderly employee is staring at the items in my cart bewildered , because I buy my items in bulk. Asking questions like, "are you gonna be able to put that away all that food by yourself?" Making un-approving eyes Instead of doing her Job and getting on a register. Ridiculous.

This store is operating on its own schedule and terms. How is the store open but not customer service?? On the website it lists the pharmacy and bakery as opening at 8am NOT customer service. I drove to another Walmart down the street and WIDE open. Also, this location needs to be cleaned up.

The customer service in this Walmart always close every time you walk in. Either they will tell you come back in 2 hours or some they don’t know when it will open.

I saw five people stealing, and three people having uhhhh.. "adult fun times" in the bathroom
And there are multiple cockroaches on the floor. And security doesn't care I saw so many people stealing and just walking out. But it's a Walmart and overall it's pretty good ?

I shop here anywhere from 3-5 times a week. Been shopping here for the past three years. I also go early in the morning to beat the long lines. Every time I go to check out they will literally stand there and stare at me. Meanwhile they all stand at customer service or be doing any and everything else whenever someone white is checking out. As soon as I finish paying for my items and get my receipt they will leave from where I was and go back to doing whatever it was they were doing. ALL BLACK PEOPLE DO NOT STEAL and I have never stolen anything out of there. Also the lady that does the coins in the morning is VERY rude to customers and will start huffing, puffing, and complaining when someone needs assistance. At this point I’d rather drive an extra 10 minutes to the next Walmart. At least they don’t automatically assume I’m there to steal because I’m black. If y’all are worried about black people stealing then maybe y’all should actually use the registers instead of self checkout!!
