I am sure Walmart gets busy. But busy enough where not a single department answers the phone for 2 days straight? I was advised to call the local Walmart and can’t get ahold of a single soul. It just rings. Maybe they’ve become numb to the sound of a phone ringing?

Went there to get a fishing license. No one around sporting goods so had to walk around store to find someone to call / page a sporting goods guy. No one showed up. Asked a service person to check again and they could not find anyone and did not know how to find/contact the store manager. Went to front of store and asked two more service people and they could not get a manager either. Does a store manager even exist? Never in my life anywhere has a retail store not been able to get a manager involved when needed. The service of this store is horrible, no one seems to know what is going on, and management quality has severely degraded over the years. Many years ago, this used to be an easy store to shop in and get help if needed.

Walmart store generally have everything you need. So many various departments...pharmacy, produce, bakery, deli, automotive, household hardware, toys, shoes. I might have missed something but they got it all a real one stop shopping experience

Much better on the curbside pickup my last visit. They have moved the spaces to a location that is easier to park in and added more pickup spots to park in.
Don't even use curbside anymore. And apparently they've cut back on staff?? Every time I come there's maybe 2 cashiers max and you have to wait in line to do your own check out (my pet peeve).

I had a very bad experience in this walmart. While paying for my 4 stuff in one of those self check up register. Pay my stuff and the lady that was helping people point at me to the lady at the door. Walked my way to the door and this white fat lady at the door asked for my receipt, give it to her and she look at it for more than 10 minutes. (I only had 4 item in my shopping cart and receipt) only 4 items and she keep the receipt for more than 10 minutes, i look at her and she started yelling at me that i look like at crazy lady, and started to yell to the others workers that i look like a crazy person. I took my receipt and left. But this is not acceptable to treat people like you are stealing and less acceptable that they yelled at people calling them crazy. Was this because I'm Hispanic? This is racist and I'm pretty sure this is illegal to treat people different because they are from a different country.
