Quick and easy to access the store. Small but efficient and not to crowded. Overall one of the best Walmarts I’ve visited. I especially like there is generally a short line and very rarely do I have to wait to checkout.

So impressed with the pharmacy. My prescription was not available. They checked their locations in the area but they also didn't have it either. They called another company for me. They also didn't have it. They had me reach out to my doc to tell them what they did have. When my doc called in a new prescription, they called ME to let me know it was good to go. It was important because as a truck driver, I had to leave the next morning.

Real rude management over return of lampshades although online I was told that I could return it to this store they informed that I had to take it to another store. I won't shop at this store anymore. And I do purchases alot from Walmart but I'm taking my business elsewhere. You need to train your employees the proper way to address customer. They new in the beginning that they would not take my return but instead had me lookup my purchases on my phones and find the QR code or something pertaining to the order then they told me that they would not take the return. 30 minutes just to tell me that. It's sad but I bet your employees had a good laugh. Very bad ? service!!!

Called today and the operator whoever answers the phones is rude and thinks it's all about her when it's supposed to be about the customer. We keep "her" job alive, we don't come for her, she needs to get over herself and the main character syndrome she has. The customers are not her children and if this happens again I will run this all the way up the chain and won't stop at just getting a gift card I know to work te system I don't let rude employees get away with these things because if it's not corrected It will continue and if she's answering phones then I know the manager is just as bad.

Former skating ring center. There use to be a walmart neighborhood market on East Independence Blvd and also currently there's one on Albemarle Rd. However its really bad staff not friendly. The employees are ghetto and unprofessional. I would rather go to East independence supercenter or albemarle rd locations.

I've been coming to this store for 5 years since I've been in Charlotte, I never had a problem until this morning, I left two bags when I get home I checked my receipt and I was missing the two bags, so I went back told them I was missing these items so they checked the camera then gonna say I took all my bags I told them wtf would I come back if I didn't because the lady behind me kept looking at me but she didn't tell me I left my other bags, so they kept trying to give me a hard time I had to show my ass because food is high I won't never lie about my bags like I told them I'm a assistant manager at the hospital so why would I lie, so I called my bank told my bank what happened because food is high and I took a picture of everything I had In showed them, like I told them so where my other groceries that I highlighted on my receipt. I told them I'll never come back I go because I've been knowing some of the stuff since I've been here, I got food lion, Aldi, Publix, Walmart super center. I'm done with them

Polite staff. Decent pricing. Checkout is a complete nightmare on weekends. The self checkout person was no help to an elderly woman who took 20 minutes to check herself out. There's no excuse. We can't get our time back!

They close one self checkout register for those that do smart shopping. I won't go there anymore one employee man had his phone and took a picture of me. The employees think customers are stealing
