Literally the worst customer service & the pharmacy moves so slow!!!! I got a lyft from work to pick up my medicine then back home & they took so long my lyft left me. It took days to get my medicine because they had soo many complications!! Don’t recommend

Wow! After 18 years relationship with Walgreen Pharmacy, I've decided to end it after yesterday August 7, the WORST service ever, from the RUDEST! Pharmacist Lauren ! ( I would call you Karen, she's nicer than you ) I've made a corporate statement, placed it on Nextdoor, abs Yelp, Ms, Lauren stated she's only been there 2 days, she was soooooo rude over the phone I went to Walgreens. I assumed it was a Tech no it was the pharmacist! Walgreens this person is a poor representative of your company! I'm now a member of CVS Family

This pharmacy is horrible and they never seem to be nearly as busy as the others so there has to be a competence issue within the team. Insurance was never applied to prescriptions, prescriptions are never refilled on time. They seem to have the information available, just unable to complete the process ensuring the medications are actually filled.

There’s a reason this location has awful reviews. I booked an appointment online for a vaccine here. The moment I showed up the building is completely garbage run but very interesting people. The people at the pharmacy were all eating, one eating gold fish touching her mouth and helping people in between. I waited 20 minutes for them to go back and forth about vaccines and the tech let a deep breath out when the lady with piercings said to him he had a vaccine to do. Super professional with people right there, love that. They then came to me and told me they didn’t have my vaccine. So I drove all the way there, stood there watching all this craziness happening for nothing. At the end of the day, it was a relief to not get vaccinated by those people. I really don’t think I would have trusted it.

The absolute worst experience at a Walgreens pharmacy ever. My prescription was called in and was supposed to be ready last week and when I went into pick it up, they told me it was never filled and they would fill it and call me when it was ready. I gave them my phone number, and never received a phone call. Two days ago, I called again and talk to another associate who told me it still was not filled and that they would fill it that day, and it would be ready the next day. Fast forward two days, I called back today as my medicine was supposed to be ready for pick up yesterday, but never had received a call from them. The associate on the phone told me again my medicine had never been filled and could be filled today and be ready by tomorrow. I told her about my experience and how frustrating this is as someone with mental illness who needs their medicine to get through each day. Her null/literally silent response said it all. This facility does not care about the patients. I will never use this pharmacy again. Wish I could give zero stars.

The absolute worst pharmacy. The r rude and will make u wait for hours … they actually have a sign to remind themselves to put the people before insurance.

Five stars just because Milahn (Milan?) was so pleasant and helpful. The other reviews sound about right but again, I just have to rave about Milahn (Milan?) because she was the friendliest and most professional customer service representative I have dealth with in a good amount of time.

I have wasted so much time calling, reminding, clarifying, waiting and giving this pharmacy the benefit for the doubt. They are not proactive. They have little attention to detail and will not go out of their way to service you. Please don’t put yourself through it and find an alternative if you can.

This is the dumbest stupidest Walgreens ever. For 1 they take forever and they never sent me my test results, they telling me to come back up there to get them instead of emailing them. I never experienced this at any of Walgreens. This Walgreens is the worst. These people are stupid!

My first ever experience with a Walgreens pharmacy is medication with an expiration date of APRIL 2023. I spoke with Hillary at the pharmacy and was told that Pfizer extended the date of the medication until FEBRUARY 2024, and she couldn't distribute more until after that time. But no one expressed or explained that to me at the pharmacy. WHY NOT MAKE THE CUSTOMER AWARE?!!

I talked to Nay (Nae?) from the pharmacy this morning and she was so helpful in getting my RX together. She took her time, found relevant coupons, and sounded like she wanted to help me get my medications. Thank you for helping make my morning easier!Edit: NEVERMIND. I’m sure Nae is still a great employee. This pharmacy has messed up every single RX since I made this review. It’s either not ready when I get there or was never ordered in the first place. Unreliable and a waste of time. Also, the ATM doesn’t work inside.
