This location is absolutely horrible. I bought some Liquid IV for my sons. Regular price $6.99. There was a digital coupon for $2 off that was activated. When it rang up, the price did not reflect the discount. I showed him the coupon and asked if he wanted me to show him on the aisle. He said no...it will ring up at the end. There were other items in my purchase that also had coupons that showed during the transaction. I advised he make the adjustment. He insisted it would show up at the end. Of course...it did not. So now, he suggests returning the item and re-ringing it at the discounted price. He asks me for my digital receipt and ID. YOU JUST RANG ME UP. I had not yet received my digital receipt in my email. HE WAS LOOKING AT MY RECEIPT ON HIS SCREEN. He then insisted that he would add the $2 to my Walgreens account. I checked repeatedly, and he never did.
I also loaded a Chime card to send money to my son in college. I gave him $100 bill that he saw me get from an envelope straight from the bank. He ran it through the verification machine at least 5 times. Held it up, used the pen, and ran it through again.
I will NEVER return. It is a disgrace to all Walgreens stores. For him to be a manager and obviously from another country, as he was tall with dark hair and a thick accent - I feel immensely discriminated against. That's not a card I like to use, but when it's the truth. It is the truth. I expect the level of respect I give. I was born in this country - as were my parents and their parents. I don't discriminate against others and expect the same, especially in a professional setting. I would highly encourage discrimination and sensitivity training for all their employees. As for now, Walgreens will not be getting any more of my business.....

I bought a foundation and I noticed that it was over my budget so I tired to return it the same time I bought it and the worker said they need an ID.i think it's dumb how you need an ID when i have the recipt.they put a diffrent price and thought I would've noticed.

Stood at the counter for about 10 minutes while employees ignored me. Finally, the manager walked up and they couldnt find anything else to pretend to work on so one of them attempted to help me. Gave me incorect info. Accused me of money laundering and then went back to pretending to do work.

Walgreens located at 7828 Pineville-Matthews Rd, Charlotte, NC 28226 had fully stocked shelves when I visited this location for the first time. Employees were friendly and helpful. I didn’t get any Prescriptions, so can’t comment on their Pharmacy, it this Walgreens seems to be run very well, and was spotlessly clean which is great. I’m sure this is a very busy location, so complaints are bound to exist, but my visit was great. This is a mid sized location to me.

I don't understand, I have been getting my prescription filled here for 5 years. You should have a standing order for my refill but yet I have to drive all the way back from Indian Land TOMORROW because you could only give me a partial refill? Very poor service

Was at the pharmacy early this morning and the lady helping people was extremely rude to an.older gentlemen!Because she had a line and it was busy! He pays like anyone else why get an attitude for him being elderly. If they would have sent me a text letting me know it was ready but did not! This store is the worse I recommend going to another store! ASAP! THE RUDEST people at pharmacy

This is the worst pharmacy ever! They NEVER have my prescriptions and have to order them. Which takes anywhere from 3 days to 2 weeks. If they are out they will not call it in to another location. I just had a migraine pen filled after 4 days they said they had it in. They notified me it was in, but upon arrival they said their refrigerator had stopped working so they didn't have it!! Wouldn't even call it in to another store. Told me to do it. They should have notified me that the medication was spoiled and made every effort to have it filled. They even asked "do you need it"?!!! It's for migraines! Of course I need it!! Do NOT use this pharmacy!!

I ordered an item yesterday night but unfortunately the order didn't reach to Walgreen as they had issue with the device. I requested them to give the item which is in store after i show the order number but the store person rejected. I was very furious at her. i cancelled online order and thought of buying it instore but the item was not available. Now I lost my patience but meanwhile the Store manager Rodney called another store near south park and confirmed the item is in stock. I drove to the south park store and guess what Rodney had reached before me and he was ready with my order.Rodney you are a great buy, Thank you again for you help and excellent customer service and i apologies for being little mad :P
