DO NOT USE THE PHARMACY HERE. My child had an injury and the doctor sent the Rx to Albemarle Rd. They didn't have it the same day nor the next day!! What an inconvenience with no explanation why they didn't have it ready.

Worst experience ever. Got the wrong gift card from the store and when I went in with receipts and tried to just pay another gift card was turned away treated demeaned and asked to leave after being yelled at by African American cashier sally. Her manager even tried to apologize and say yes, she should not be treating you like that and it absolutely nothing but let her keep degrading me. Worst experience ever don’t go to the store!!!! And not once that, I raise my voice to her not once that I argue with her other than to say I didn’t have my glasses. Could you please help me see the correct card.

Would never I mean never return this was my first time coming to this walgreens and when I say I was profiled and a target like I was stealing I always get candy while in any walgreens and I came in for gummies and some tooth filler my husband sent me there to get now I didn't know where it would be nor what it looked like so I had to stand 25 mins in the pharmacy line to ask them what it was . Once I went over to grab them I nothing in the mirror and man who works for walgreens in all black looking at Me . So once I grabbed what I needed I asked him where the bathroom was because I am pregnant with twins so I was holding it while I was in the line anyways he looked weird when I asked him where the bathroom was but he took me then I asked him where could I lay my things down at because I knew no items in the bathroom he laughed and said anywhere is fine I'm like ok just don't want them to be put back. So used the bathroom and had only the gummies and tooth fixed item in my hand was about to check out and turned around and went to the candy aisle then he was walking by and then came on my aisle so I asked about the goobers cause thatd the candy I always get if you would check my walgreens account and he was looking at me at then was like oh we might be out so I grabbed ther crunch candy and went to the register. As I was walking to the register I seen the cashier come from the register and look on my aisle and then I walked to the register stood there and waited for her to walk back to the register to assist me I'm not sure why I was targeted like this but this was very uncomfortable and I'll never go back and shop here ever.

I love this Walgreens they are better than most Walgreens in Charlotte area especially the one off Milton and hickory grove. management was good and made you feel welcome.

Seriously, this is by far the SLOWEST, poorly ran pharmacy I’ve EVER been too & I’m an extremely patient individual! I’d have to be pushed over the edge for me to even consider posting a review because I understand how demanding this role can be. But enough is enough, shut this place down. You’re likely to literally die, face judgment day, reincarnate & still be waiting in line for your meds. Don’t give us a time for medication to be ready- come back to it still not being ready, meanwhile you’re stuffing your face with god knows what while I’m turning into a skeleton sitting at the window - - and don’t you DARE attempt to call, your preconceived kids will graduate college twice before they get around to answering the phone & what’s the point of having a “call” button if you’re simply going to ignore the calls? If I didn’t know any better, I’d think everyone was dipping in the “perkys” because the lack of urgency is truly unacceptable. Get it together. I cannot believe this place is still operating considering how deeply unorganized & unprofessional they are. No apologies for long wait times & overall just a horrible customer experience. Walmart isn’t even this terrible & that says A LOT! I immediately transferred my prescriptions to a different pharmacy, I urge you all to do the same.

Today I went to this Walgreens and it is always a disappointment with them, my son needs a medicine that the doctor prescribed and I went to get the medicine they told me that it would be ready in 30 minutes, well for me it was perfect but then I go to get the medicine about 2 hours later of 30mn and the medicine is not ready yet because everyone is on break ?? very bad service

Julius in the pharmacy department is very unprofessional and rude he hang up on me the 1st time I called to set up a profile for my prescriptions to be transferred over when I called back and tried to inquire about the status of medicine I was asked to set up this profile again . He should be fired and not a ideal person to handle clients

Horrible experience with waiting for a manager at front checkout, the lady had to call the speaker at least 4 times for a manager to come up there then the manager gave everyone a stank face that was in line that waited patiently! Do not come here!!!!

I do not recommend this place because a chinky eyed women she made an appointment for my two son for Covid vaccination and flu shot and wen we came on our time she told us there is no vaccination here and next time we make a appointment again and we came in our time and same lady she did not accept our inference card Horrible customer service please do not make appointments here.

First time I’ve ever been to a Walgreens pharmacy that wouldn’t help me fill a prescription. Service was rude and unwilling to help. Definitely recommend CVS instead.
