I never leave reviews but I am so angry about what happened today I will. This Walgreens the worst for many of the reasons already mentioned. However, the worst is that they filled the wrong prescrption strength of my son's medication. I waited 30 minutes on hold before someone answered the phone. When they answered and I told them the issue, they asked me to hold so they could use a different phone. I waited for another 10 minutes before they hung up on me. Now, my son has a prescription that isn't a high enough dose to effective manage his condition. I've contacted his doctor to transfer the prescrption to another pharmacy but I will make a complaint to their corporate office. This is unacceptable.

This is honestly the worst Walgreens. I always say I'm going to switch but I never do. It's almost like they try to fuck up your prescriptions. EVERYTIME I come here, nothing is ready, despite automated texts saying my scripts are ready and verbal verification that my scripts are ready. Today I received a script and it was empty. Highly recommend going somewhere else.

Absolute fiasco. On the phone waiting for a simple answer re perscription cost. It's only been 54 minutes with 1 caller ahead of me. I will be moving my preferred pharmacy. No excuse for this lack of service. And, this is not the first time!!

If you are planning to visit the pharmacy, be prepared to pitch a tent and wait. They have tons of people looking busy in the back, but you will wait thirty minutes for the line to move inside.Setting an appointment for vaccinations is a joke. First appointment I show up and the vaccines aren’t available after waiting thirty minutes in line to check in. Second visit I sat for an hour after my appointment slot waiting, watching others with times after mine go in. I go up to the counter to say something, they all look confused and laugh about it.With a line of people waiting in the store, no one is in a hurry to help you. Avoid and go to the one two minutes down the road. This isn’t a one time event, this is every time.

had to pick up a prescription from a medical appointment in the area. We typically use our local Walgreens, but doctor sent orders to this location. They were very busy. There was some wait, but staff was very helpful and friendly.

Horrible customer service. Was waiting on hold for over an hour to talk to the pharmacy. Was forced to hang up and go to a different Walgreens.

Management needs to get it together. Waiting 3 hours to get scripts filled then go wait another hour in line to pick it up. Dont even try to call bc you will wait over an hour. This has been going on for months and months. What is it going to take to fix this place? WOW.

This store never has enough people working their pharmacy. It is like this almost every time I come here no matter the time of day. This is 7:30pm. Time to change pharmacies.

Prescription called hours ago was still not ready when I arrived.Then waited 45+ minutes. While a service for them to be open 14 hours, they are unprepared to handle the work.

Worst pharmacy in Charlotte!!! Moving all of my prescriptions from here. Just waited 55 minutes in a line of elderly and sick people just to pick up 2 READY prescriptions. Only one person working the counter. Consulted with one person for 32 minutes. This was the last straw. #votewithyourfeet

A really bad experience shopping here today. The cashiers (there were three) were talking to each other telling personal stories and so it took a long time to check people out. Overall selection good, just expected to be quicker.

Came in to get a bonnet for my hair and couldn't find one this location needs more African American hair products please and thank you then was yelled at that i needed to get off the floor because they were cleaning with very dangerous chemicals I'm over Walgreens at this point
