Went shopping twice this weekend. Paddy was a big help in finding the things I needed. Checkout was smooth and fast, never more than one person ahead of me. Extremely conveniently located just one short escalator flight from the Omni Hotel.

I started going to this Walgreens to pick up prescriptions every month for the past year and I’m always blown away by the pharmacy staff. They are amazing. They are so knowledgeable, friendly, and genuinely make me feel so comfortable when I get there. Great team, thanks for all you do!

Didn't think I would ever leave a review for Walgreens haha BUT the assistance I have received from the pharmacy at this location has been incredible. Rory has been amazing. Ensuring everything runs smoothly with my recurring prescription. It's rare to come across someone so good at their job. Thank you thank you !!

My mom came into this location to make a return now I been in management for super long time 4 shifts lead told my mom the store manager was out town and neither one knew what they was doing told my mom the item was discontinued and she couldn’t get her money back so she went to another location out the way and they honored her return with her receipt they need more training and be more professional

Melba is there from North Tryon don't check out with her. hopefully they will change their hours till 9pm at least.
It use to be my go to location after changing the coupon policy and rewards policy I refuse to step into walgreens. They do have limited stuff

Please add a self checkout if you are going to hire staff that refuse to do any work. Staff never ever go to tills to help with queue. Staff always on their phones watching the chaos unfold.
