The pharmacy here is an absolute joke. Every time I get something sent here, they have some sort of discrepancy. Either they just don’t have the medicine in stock, they “can’t make it,” or just don’t fill the prescription on time. When you have a family member with chronic pain that needs medicine consistently, this is incredibly frustrating to deal with this kind of incompetence.

With multiple Prescriptions called in a full day ahead of time all under the same insurance, name and, dr somehow had multiple not filled because ‘no insurance on file’ and didn’t bother to notify about this

The pharmacist Ryan was Great! He called me to go over my medication! He was so concerned and he made me at ease about the medication I was taking the world needs more medical professionals like him !!

This Walgreens is terrible. It's always a wait. Drive thru is supposed to be fast. Not here. The pharmacy staff has been rude. Except once. Prescription was called in by the hospital at 12 but when I got there at 5 she said I was supposed to call and get it ready.

The worst customer service! There were three of us in line, waiting for a gentlemen to refill his prepaid card patiently, including an elderly woman. But then some young girl comes up and decides she's gonna go in front of all of us and the cashier gladly obliged her. We were all waiting for quite a while at this point. The manager who had to be called up to help reload the prepaid card was rude to the customer. The person I asked about the pharmacy not being open was rude about it. Coincidentally, this was the same person who thought it was okay to let a girl in her twenties go ahead of three other women. I will never go back to this location.

They told me to come get my medicine any time after 6 just to say they don’t have it and not even tell me who does until I asked. They didn’t offer a single solution except tell me pharmacies that are closed. I’ve spent the last two hours on hold at other pharmacies to find one. They didn’t even check the 24 hour location. Wholly incompetent.

My first and second time there was a horrible experience. I called prior to going there and I was told my prescription was ready didn't go that day waited until the next day and when I got there the prescription was not ready and attitude was given. Saying that they were short staffed but that's no excuse for attitude with the customers.

Honestly this store should be closed down. Prescriptions are never ready when promised. Have been waiting in the drive thru only to have them close with us sitting there. I understand companies making cuts on staff but these are the worst of the worst. Unfriendly unprofessional! If I could do zero stars I would.
