I had my first appointment here today. The staff is so nice and helpful! The visit with the doctor was telemed and they answered all of my questions. The staff was very helpful while I picked out new frames. Overall a great experience!

Three strikes and you're out! The office staff struggled to use the machines during my visit. Not really sure they accomplished the additional scan I paid extra to have done. The Dr. could not access past history due to a system upgrade. The Dr. was knowledgeable, but she can only overcome so much. No idea if my eye health changed from last year because they could find the previous years images. Which is why I try to go to the same location each year. Called in to get my perscription and was told they can't provide me the information due to HIPAA. How is providing my eye glass perscription a HIPAA violation? The rules are to verify the identity of the individual prior to providing information. Feels like they are pushing people into their stores to pressure them again to get high-priced glasses. When I pressed on the HIPAA rules, I was then told they couldn't provide the information over the phone because of fraud. Which is it? Fraud, or HIPAA. Thanks for keeping me safe from all those evil doers getting my glasses perscription. I can roll with the flow with most things, but this was a final straw, I'll be looking for a new eye Dr . Next year.

I would not recommend coming here. I had a 10:20am appointment to be tested for my yearly contact refill Rx which should take a total of 30 minutes in and out. I was there for almost an hour and a half, my appointment didn’t start until 27 minutes after it was scheduled. The staff was nice, but didn’t really seem to know 100% what they were doing. I was extremely shocked to find out that the refractionist(?) and the actual doctor were over Zoom! The whole experience felt so commercialized and impersonal. I told multiple people multiple times that I just needed a contact refill and was asked multiple times to look at and buy glasses. I will be looking elsewhere for future visits.

Except them to lose your information. Not know who the Telehealth doctor is. You will have paper work/a receipt then they still act lost. They never send your referral if you need to see an ENT. Expect unprofessionalism at this location.

I had a great experience at this location everybody was nice and super helpful the process moved fairly quickly. I did not have to wait too long for any part of the process. Scott was my salesman and he was super helpful, knew all of his information and got me out of there within 15 minutes or less.

I’ve waited for two weeks to receive my updated prescription for my biweekly contacts. I’ve called and gone in the store a few times and they said they do not have it on file anymore and “will try to find it.” Prior to this, I waited 3 weeks for a pair of trial contact lenses, it would have taken less but after waiting almost 10 days I gave them a call to ask for a status update and they told me they never placed the order. Don’t waste your time here, just cross the street and go to Target or anywhere else.

Giving my most recent experience a one star. I had gotten an eye exam and contact prescription at this location last year and had a great experience. It was my first time getting contacts and the associates at the time were very helpful and accommodating. However, this time around was terrible. I went back to redo my exam and order a refill of my contact prescription. I was greeted initially by someone but then directed to the back to check-in. The girl checking me in didn't acknowledge or greet me. She started asking me for my info in a very rude manner (I was expecting they would have all this already in the system since I had been there before, which is why I drove an hour out of the way to come to this location). They had my first name spelled wrong (not sure how this happened since i had been there before). She wasn't able to create a new profile for me in the system because she said it had to be "merged"? She then called who I assumed to be the doctor to the back to help and they proceeded to argue what the policy was on merging profiles (which was really embarrassing). I ended up leaving almost 15 min after my appointment was scheduled to start (i had arrived 15 minute early so this back and forth went on for about 30 minutes) because i lost complete confidence in this business and their ability to handle my eye care needs. As a business owner myself, my recommendation is 1. Train your employees on how to provide good customer service 2. Ensure training is consistent to all your employees and that they understand your operating policies.

We were extremely pleased with our service at this location! Once we entered the door we were greeted by the friendly Lynette who welcomed us and sent us back to the ladies at the back. Jan'ae was super! She conducted my husband's exam and spent time with us in small talk to make us feel calm and at ease. My husband was very pleased with how thorough the doctor was as well! We will be back!

I was greeted by a very kind and welcoming associate who asked my name and escorted me to the eye exam side of the store as soon as I entered the building. The two girls at the desk were very sweet and checked me in quickly. The doctor took her time and truly made me feel like she cared about performing an assessment to give me the most accurate prescription for my needs. Then when returning to the sales room to pick frames the man who greeted me remembered my name and helped me find and buy glasses easily and quickly. Loved the experience! Definitely going back!

The girls in the back definitely need some customer service training. However, my 5 star review is for Elyse Tooley. She is very knowledgeable and pleasant to deal with. And I love my new glasses!

I went here for an eye appointment and to get new glasses. They were very professional and attentive to me. They explained every test to me. I was happy to have them check my eyes. As for getting new glasses, they were friendly and very professional. The young lady who assisted me was knowledgeable about the frames I chose and about the process in which my lenses would undergo. I recommend this location to anyone who needs an eye exam and glasses.

I made an appointment for 3 PM on Saturday and received a confirmation email. I went to check in for my appt and the girl said “you ain’t got no appt”. I pulled up my confirmation on my email and she said “that’s weird” . I asked if I could be seen and she said that I would have to wait for others to be seen. I did not want to wait so I left. The lady was pretty rude and nonchalant. Don’t let people schedule online appointments if you are not going to let them be seen at their appointed time.

If you need glasses or an eye exam. GO TO THIS PLACE!!! Elyse was extremely helpful, polite and professional. She helped me with my many requests with absolutely no attitude even though she was very busy. Ted was amazing also. He helped the second time I went and was just as polite as Elyse. Nothing like being greeted when you walk in by people with smiles and asking how can they help you. Not only that, but check this out! I went to Americas best after getting my prescription here and their glasses were actually a lower quality and more expensive product. I saved money going here. This will be my go-to place from here on out.
