I had an amazing experience today with customer service. Sharie at the front desk helped me with my understanding of contact lenses and also made it easy for me to use my insurance. It allowed me to make the best decision for my vision(didn’t mean to rhyme). She had a smile on her face and made my time well spent. I walked out happy and with a new pair of contacts. Would highly recommend!

Referred a friend to this location because I've been a visionworks customer in the past and had great service. Well on today, 7-3-23 around 2:30 pm, the 2 ladies that were working out front was ridiculously rude and unfriendly. I've never experienced anything like this but today i watched these ladies sit on their phones and act as if we were imposing on them. Not helpful at all. Absolutely bad for business for the company and the Dr.

I called because my lenses were scratched and I needed to replace them. Well Liz was downright rude and showed no compassion for my situation I asked to speak to the manager and Clay was just as bad!!!!!!!!!! He was downright nasty when I advised that I would be reaching out to corporate!!!! Trust me I will never ever go back to this raggedy place!!!!!!!! And I am filing a complaint with Corporate!!!!!

This was my first visit to Visionworks. (only due to insurance) The independent optometrist was nice. I had to return for contact adjustment. (I was not scheduled for a follow up call or appt) Immediately after leaving and driving on the highway I couldn’t see. Once I arrived to work I asked Visionworks NOT to send my glasses my script was wrong. He argued back and forth. Asked why and how do I know it’s wrong. He “agreed” not to send them. Due to my work schedule I was not able to pick up my frames (I love my old frames and used them for the order). I was notified by email that my order was being processed. I called the store to confirm if my glasses we’re there. Of course they were not! Long story short the vision in my left eye is off. I have damage to my original frame. I also found 2 of the workers to be rude, dismissive and overall lack good customer service. I don’t even want to deal with them to fix an issue. I wouldn’t have an issue. IF THEY HAD FOLLOWED SIMPLE DIRECTIONS AND A REQUEST FROM A CUSTOMER. I don’t have time to take off 2 more days to fix this issue. Needless, to say I will go back to America’s Best and spend less money, time and actually receive new glasses and contacts.
