I was at Victoria's Secret attempting to exchange a pair of leggings I received for Christmas. I needed a bigger size when I walked in the store. The manager JAKIE stopped me and asked me if I needed any help, and I told her that I needed a bigger size. She looked at the leggings and she said the leggings were now on clearance, she said she can't not honor the same price in the tag, however she could give me 17 dollars. Since they did not have the same leggings in the store anymore... I agreed…then when I was checking out she said she would only give me 12. She also did not wanted to honor the price she had said before I started to look for a different kind. She was very rude and did not wanted to honor the original price nor the 17. She then said it's 12 and that's all you can get back. I felt like it was very rude not to honor neither when she is the one said I was going to get 17. It's not about the price anymore it's about customer service. As much as I shop at this store I will NOT BE BACK...

Since when do they measure you for a bra outside your clothes, in the middle of the store?????They did this to my 75 year old mom and myself, I was floored! I had to beg her to go in vs, but she left mad and ashamed... You made My Mother feel Ashamed...

I've always shopped at Victoria's secret...I went by tonight after work and got there around 655pm. The store closes at 8pm according to everything but after I walked in they locked the doors at 7pm and closed the fitting rooms so I couldn't even try anything on etc. I've changed sizes so had to try on to see. I thought being over an hour before they closed would be fine but I guess not. I even heard them say they close at 8pm. I was going to buy over $300 in products but I'll go elsewhere now.

I like the visual communication of Bictoria Secrets. I'm only going to talk about soap creams and perfumes, which is what I usually buy. Be prepared to spend more than necessary because they always have some crazy promotions that nobody understands but actually force you to buy more, for example one product is worth $27 two for $34.90 something like that. This last time I went to the store I just wanted a moisturizing body cream and nothing else, I ended up leaving with four products. Congratulations to the brand's sales strategy team, they managed to make me buy more than I needed.

I'm not the biggest fan of stores but I was immediately acknowledged without being overwhelmed. I was helped and assisted by the lovely Adele. She was able to help me choose the perfect bra which covered multiple purposes and I managed to find knickers to match that I never expected. I also looked T the perfume section and I was helped by Lindsey. She was also very lovely and positive. I would definitely come to this store again as opposed to my normal online shopping gala. Definitely the sweetest ladies to deal with in here!

As soon as I walked into the store, I was kindly welcomed by the employees working that day. The team of VS experts was very knowledgeable and I was able to find exactly what I needed quickly. And even at the very end of my experience in the store, Annette at the register was super sweet and helpful. Victoria's Secret appears to have a great team of staff working at this location !! Kudos !!

The representative was nice; however, she wasn’t very knowledgeable about the products within the store. She told me Heavenly was only going in one portion of the store and I found out differently as I strolled through the store.

ALWAYS an issue with my online orders or bill statements. I was charged a late fee for a $2 balance. After I called before it was due to see if I had to pay it. Was told that it would just carry over to the next cycle.

A very nice experience! I'm used to shopping online. I was helped by all four employees. Everyone there was just so nice, helpful and knowledgeable. I enjoyed myself. Very organized and clean and lots of stock.
