A wonderful small clinic next to the Petco store. My daughter, without any problems and queues, recorded our kitty for an initial examination, the day before we received a call from the clinic and confirmed our record. We arrived with a kitty, and we were accepted very quickly. The waiting room was very clean. The staff was just amazing, everyone was very attentive and friendly. After examining the kitty, they explained everything in detail to us how to take the necessary medications. Our kitty Lily and my daughter and I were very satisfied!!!! We will definitely come back if we have any problems with our pet.

Our family lost our beloved dog because of Dr. Megan’s incompetence. If your pet needs surgery pony up and go elsewhere. I don’t want any other family to go through what we have been through the last few days. The paperwork we got back from Carolina Vet Specialists in Matthew’s was heart wrenching. My dog died alone in a hospital kennel five days post op after she botched stitching her bladder. Please Please Please, go somewhere else! Save yourself and your family’s tears and don’t make the same mistake we made. We’ll always miss Piper and we’ll keep fighting for her.

Had an appointment scheduled for 5:30, and they told me I can't come in and I have to re schedule. Why even book an appointment if you aren't going to accept me when I bring my animal out? It's ridiculous that they would even offer it as an option. If you schedule after 5 just know that they'll force you to re schedule it, even after taking the time .

Im so disappointed in my experience here. Took my dog to check for an illness was told I would be given meds to take home by one of the associates because the vet was closed the next day. Was told by another associate there would be a vet on site after she went and checked for the next day. When the next day came I hadn't heard from the vet so I reached out & it was closed. Spoke to customer service she put notes on my account. I was contacted later and was told my prescription was being called in called Walgreens no prescription. Took over an hour to get my prescription. So if your animal needs medication please make sure you can get it without a complete runaround.

Worst experience ever in my very long life! I've had many many dogs over the years. They are all different. My large dog is high anxiety when going to the vet as many dogs are. The person at the front desk was unfriendly, unhelpful and basically should not work for a veterinary is she doesn't like people or dogs! I left without being seen and will NEVER return. I have been there multiple times with multiple pets. I've always been satisfied so it was her hateful attitude that made me leave. Aboretum location July 5th 10:15 AM

It was QUICK. Staff was professional, friendly, and were there FOR ME (and my floof balls). My dogs are doing fine post visit, so if they are okay, everything is good. Thanks

I never leave reviews but I'm really disappointed in my most previous experience with grooming at this location. I have never had an issue after going here for years and last time I got a call saying my dog was being too difficult and they had to stop. When my brother picked him up my dog was half shaven on the back and the face wasn't done at all. Thankfully they didn't charge us but the groomer claimed he was being aggressive. When we took him home he was coughing and choking the rest of the night and very shaky. I'm not sure what happened but all I know is my dog was very frightened by his experience. He's never had a reaction like that or a problem before. I will be taking him to get groomed elsewhere from now on. I'm giving 3 stars since there hasn't been a problem before this time but I feel uncomfortable by how they most recently handled my dog.

The staff at Vetco (inside Petco Arborteum) are exceptional! We having been taking our senior gal here since we adopted her and they’ve been amazing at answering questions and taking care of our gal! We are so thankful. The membership is great for seniors, since I take her in often for minor things and it saves us money and gives us ease. They are so friendly and gentle with our nervous gal.

Wonderful place to get your pet groom ask for Kristelle she is patient and kind my puppy Boss was very scared and nervous and energetic. And on top of all of that PETSMART left him half cut and wouldn't finish but Kristelle was very patient and finish his hair cut thank-you Petco for a wonderful employee ?

The free bag of food that I'm entitle to came with some difficulty. The food was not in stocks so I had to order it online. I wasn't given the repeat order discount that's advertised even though I requested it. My order is now placed on hold for prescription verification even though I uploaded it. Such a miserable hassel. There's no one who will fix it or to hold accountable.

Was seen on short notice. Staff were warm and cared about my dog’s comfort. They asked questions and listened to me. The doctor was thorough and knowledgeable, explained every step and was kind and patient.

I waited for 45 minutes alone in a room. Finally an assistant came in and asked a few questions. I was assured the vet would be in soon. I waited another 15 minutes for a total of ONE HOUR past my appointment time to be seen by the vet. Not cool. I’m not sure if I’ll be back. The vet was helpful but the wait was maddening!

Even though the office was short staffed, we had a great experience. We brought in all 4 animals and we were in/out fairly quickly. We still got time with Dr. Grant, got all our questions answered and never felt rushed! We love coming here!

Took us back in a timely manner. Didn't have to wait long for Dr. Grant to come in. They were gentle with my cat and got us in and out quickly.
