Let me tell you about this rock-star Verizon salesman at the Providence Farm Lane, Charlotte NC location. This guy went above and beyond for me. He motioned me over to the Verizon booth set up at the Southern Living Christmas Show back in November and did his job. I left with an upgrade for my whole family. He took the time to explain the devices, and work with me in sending my old devices back even after I returned home. I do not live in Charlotte, actually about 2.5 hours from Charlotte, but he gave me his contact information to have for any questions. Fast-forward there was an issue with my bill in which I attempted 3 times to handle it myself with customer service only to get angry and hang up on the "Customer Service Professionals" each time. When I reached out to JT he was as kind as always and said he would work on it for me. He not only worked on it but advocated for me on the call with the customer service rep to get the issue resolved. This goes above and beyond his duty to the customer but that is who he is. If you ever need cellular services from a person of true character, professionalism, and charm, he is your guy. Go check him out for all your cellular needs.

This review was earned! Donavan helped us get our new plan straightened out and did what was best for us. If it wasn’t for him we would have switched back to t mobile. A horrible scammy associate BJ Leighton scammed us at the Ballantyne Village location. He never gave us an itemized bill before charging us even though we asked. Once I finally asked a different associate I saw a lot of charges for items that he LIED saying they were included or a lower price. We knew the deal was too good to be true. Luckily we were able to return some of the products before the return date cutoff to get our money back. He was very sexist and was making rude comments to my husband about me and trying to tell him not to do something with me cause I liked it and to “just watch a football game and not waste his time”. Not professional. DONT GO to the Ballantyne Village location. COME HERE and let the honest and helpful guys at this location get you the best deal and plan for your situation.

We were served by Donovan Barnes and he went out of his way to follow up on an inquiry I made about replacing the family’s phones, upgrading our plan and purchasing an additional phone. He accomplished this in the one week our oldest was home from college and when the phone he chose was back ordered, drove to a store to pickup a handset so the whole process could be completed before he went back to school. We will definitely be back and appreciate his professionalism and commitment to service!

I wanted to say thank you to Daniella who went well beyond our expectations this past Saturday. She was very patient with us as she went through all of the questions and concerns we had regarding plans, pricing, and options that would best fit our family needs in a time when most of us, myself included would prefer to just go online and make the purchase rather than deal with very bad service from folks who just aren’t helpful. Daniella made it super easy to understand and made our experience amazing! Shout out to you Daniella! Thank you for all that you do!

Came in on a busy Saturday to transfer 4 lines from a previous provider to Verizon. Was greeted at the door by JT he promptly assisted us and got the ball rolling on getting this done. With a great attitude and incredible amount of patience he helped us got the phones set up. We had issues with the previous provider releasing the numbers but he stayed with us for hours until we got a plan of action in place to get resolved. The issue took 3 days to completely get resolved (no fault of Verizon or team here) and JT checked in on us even on his day off to make sure we were taken care of. Would also like to shout out Nate he helped to close the loop tonight and was also very professional, patient, and helpful getting the final phone over the finish line. Although none of us want to have to wait or deal with issues, when they do arise it reveals true character and theirs is world celebrating.JT and Nate made a terrible situation better and are the best of the best. Thanks guys!!!

So I was having battery issues with my iPhone and I showed up on a sunday before heading out of town. I was greeted by Mr James Johnson asking if I needed any help . All I can is this man goes above and beyond for the customer. He sat with me for hours getting me squared away with a new iPhone as well as troubleshooting why my Apple Watch wouldn’t pair. This man right here is what I like to call a “rare gem”. He was very knowledgeable, courteous, professional, personable and very detail oriented. I cant say enough great things about James. He is a great addition to the team and this business. He deserves a praise and a raise.

Went in last night an hour before closing and was helped by Edwin at the 6311 providence farm ln location. Edwin helped me upgrade my phone from a 12 mini to the new iPhone 15. I was impressed by how much knowledge he had and how helpful he was. The customer service in the store at the location was amazing.

BEWARE!!! Only go to a company owned store. I have been a loyal customer for over 15 years. I was told that I was eligible for two free upgrades. They charged me $192.54 on my Visa. My monthly bill had been $238 for years. I was told that my monthly bill would decrease to $210 including taxes. When the bill arrived it was $331. The store will not correct my account even though they acknowledged in writing that it is their mistake. I even called and left several messages for the store manager whose name is Tegan. He does not return his messages and will not help get this resolved. Just beware as they will tell you anything to make a commission!

If they make a mistake, you will still pay. Forget getting help from their call center- they're in India and very difficult to understand. Verizon has gone downhill very quickly and is losing customers due to their customer service in India. The staff at this location, especially Teagan, are phenomenal though.

I went in today for a phone upgrade. JT greeted me at the door and ready to help me immediately. He shared all the special offers with me and we were even able to get my Mom an upgrade as well. He was great to work with and chatted with us to make time go quicker. The locating was clean. We will definitely be coming back to this location for future phone needs.

James Johnson helped me to restore data from my old phone. He diagnosed the problem with my old phone and devised a unique solution which enabled the transfer of data to the new phone. He was patient, incredibly knowledgeable and very pleasant. I highly recommend James and am grateful for his help.
