My son goes here for his haircuts. Really it's just a shape up. He seems to be satisfied. They take a long time on Saturdays, prepare to wait. Overall good experience.

Best barber shop in Charlotte! Jhonnathan and his team are professionals who really go above and beyond. They keep a lively shop that is always clean and a good environment. You can tell they take pride in their cuts! I drive 45 minutes each way because they’re that good!

Barbers need training, every time my husband comes to this place he gets a totally different haircut. All he does is ask for a low fade, and no one seems to know how to do a low fade, they always give him an extremely high fade that isn’t seamless and with areas with less or more hair along the fade line. Also he always comes back EXTREMELY nicked and sometimes with skin irritations which means they aren’t professional and don’t properly clean their tools, gross. GROSS!

The barber who cuts my husband's hair is extraordinary, professional and really does a bang up job. When he gets up from the chair he looks so handsome.We recently located to the area and now he has found a great baber!!! AWESOME

They aren't bad barbers is just the method they have and favoritism for friends or acquaintances.I've been a customer with them for almost 4 years. But the more I went, the more unprofessionalism I noticed with their schedulin or arriving method. They don't respect people's time, giving priority to their friends. Last time I was waiting for almost an hour, then another person showed up and they let him in front of me. I understand as a small business they maybe don't need a scheduling software, but they could have at least a physical waiting list to put people's names into it to have some kind of order. One of the owners is always at the front desk and he still can't manage the order.TIME is priceless.
