I'm always more than impressed by the customer service at vapor smoke shop. All of the employees are extremely knowledgeable about the products they are selling. They are also helpful in matching a product to client's desired effects. I always walk away feeling educated and confident about my purchases. When I have gone elsewhere in the past I have been sorely disappointed because my expectations are based on my experiences at vapor smoke shop. Other smoke shops fall immeasurably short.

Amazing experience every time I have been here. Nate, Tristan, Salem, Delisa, all have been wonderful and it’s one of the reasons why I keep returning.
They are all very knowledgeable about their products and I have to say again- amazing customer service.

Update: I used to like this shop and stopped coming for some time but decently decided to try them again. 3 different days I bought the same item and every time the price was different. Just keep in mind folks that they are kind of eye balling the price/ or trying to charge slightly more for items that aren't priced with a tag. Disappointed.

I was In Hurricane Helene it hit our home really bad. We usually go to Asheville our smoke, the storm took that out, but we came to Charlotte for rooms and found this shop. Two very helpful women were there and helped us. They showed so much empathy. I really appreciate that. It’s worth the hour drive and also I learned I can order if need be. I do not know the ladies names, but Thank you !

I really like this smoke shop. Always friendly and ate willing to compete with other shops for your business. With a smoke shop on every corner this matters and it's the reason I go out of my way to come here. I worked in a smoke shop for many years and I have high standards for them. This place is Clean and friendly.
