I purchased home office furniture 21 years ago from a company later purchased by Valuebiz. It got taken apart during a recent renovation, parts were missing or broken and I was unable to figure out how to get it back together. I called Bob and he and the installers came to the rescue. This was totally customer service at its best. I would recommend them to any company or Individual wanting quality furniture and great support.

Unfortunately, I did not have a good experience with this company. The management is not very friendly and helpful. They did not deliver as promised and would not own up to the lag in communication. Once they get their money from you, the service is less than desirable. I'm all for supporting service-oriented local businesses, but this is not one of them.

Pool Builders Supply has been buying from and using Value Biz for quite some time. They always go above and beyond - especially when it comes to servicing our needs. We recently needed to move some walls and desks around. Their technician, Ramon, is top notch!!! Debbie Smith
