If shopping at this location be sure to ask for Ms. Paris! Her customer service is impeccable. She was extremely patient with your girl (she worked with me for 4 days straight), she listened and delivered with no pressure nor hovering! She respectfully gave space when needed and didn’t try to “sell”. She made this purchase experience great ?? Keep up the great work Ms. Paris and never lose that kind spirit, thank you again!

Such an amazing furniture store. Ask for Ronnie as she helped me completely and answered all my questions and took her time and was in no hurry. This is a modern furniture store with most comfortable furniture with easy to clean fabric. You also can do 50 months no interest or you can do one year no interest and save $300.
I would strongly suggest you visit here before you buy anywhere else beside each sofa and chair. You can get those colors as well with no additional charge.
Please today you will not be disappointed !

Robert a Martin did a great job delivering and setting the base and mattress for us. They provided a time this morning to let us know when we should expect them and they were right about to the minute when they showed up. We thought it would take a lot longer and we had to move some things around but by the time they left the apartment we still had plenty of time for the meetings. It was a great experience.

Terrible Experience - Avoid at All Costs!
My wife and I recently had an extremely disappointing experience with Value City Furniture in Matthews, NC. We were misled by both management and customer service regarding the delivery date of our recently purchased furniture. Initially, we were promised a specific delivery date, but the actual delivery was delayed by a staggering two months!
This level of incompetence and lack of communication is unacceptable. As a result, we have decided to cancel our entire order and request a full refund. We will never consider shopping at Value City Furniture again
