Ours salesman was Keyshawn, I would go there first to have this young man help me with furniture needs. Really enjoyed working with him, I know he always did the best for us.
We are still waiting for the delivery section to get us our last piece of furniture as the original was damaged when they received it.
It’s promised next week, fingers crossed!

I just left their store at South Boulevard and couldnt be happier!!!
I have purchased furniture from Value City and their amazing salespeople bfr and always have been very satisfied with their customer service and furniture quality and this time it wasnt an exception either.
Oscar is just an all star, wonderful salesman and im so lucky and grateful i found him again to help me pick my sectional ,coffee and end tables.
He not only is kind,patient and helpful ,he also listened to my wants and his suggestions were just what i needed to complete my living room renovation.
He went above and beyond to make sure im satisfied and happy and he also gave some decorative ideas that i would never have thought on my own.
Oscar was there for me 5 years ago back in 2016 and was still here for me today 5 years later with the same patience ,charisma and talent.

My wife and I came on the value city furniture to look at some furniture for our home we’re building in Belmont. We didn’t plan to buy anything right now because the property won’t be ready until January of 2025, but after meeting with Mya, she was so professional and very helpful. She take her time and showed us a large selection of furnishings and give a great price we ended up buying furniture for our living room, dinner room and a complete master bedroom set. We plan to come back and see Mya again for some additional items that we saw. Thank you very much Mya.

My wife and I popped into Value City while we were killing time waiting for an appointment at a different store. We weren’t furniture shopping but we were in need of a new table. We met Maurice who was a salesman and our experience was fantastic he answered every question we had with absolutely zero pressure to buy anything. And we ended up buying a complete dining set. We will absolutely be back and we will absolutely ask for Maurice again.

I want to first say that the sales team at this location was great and the quality of their products are terrific. Maurice was excellent; he’s a very helpful salesman and I encourage you to purchase from him. Very knowledgeable, professional, and patient. Value City is a great place to get quality furniture at an affordable price.
However, we have not received good service on the back end receiving our order. We have slowly received our items piece by piece over the past 4 1/2 months. Instead of rapidly all at once. They claim it is due to low inventory. Regardless of the reason, I should have received everything well before now. I purchased in June and it is now October. I’m still missing a dresser, nightstand, and mirror. Yes, we’ve been stuck without sufficient furniture for quite some time now. They have consistently delayed these items numerous times. Customer service did offer a 10% refund, however, I feel like due to the length of this inconvenience they can certainly do better. For the first time I can say that I am very frustrated with the process and I hope Value City can help make it right. I’ve previously shopped with Value City before and never had this issue.
