Tried to place a mail hold and it says that service is not available for my address. Turns out my neighbors get the same message. I was able to place a hold 2 years ago - though they didn't hold our mail. Since the last time I stopped there to mail a package it took over half and hour, (I felt sorry for the two nice clerks working because staffing is totally inadequate and I wouldn't want to work there were customers constantly complaining out loud) I called the local number and went through the entire process and at the end it said the system couldn't process the hold request.
As others have said, the parking lot is too small and hard to navigate - you better be able to execute a 3-point turn because if all the tiny spaces are full you have to turn around because it's not a throughway like is needed, the lobby is way to small, and lines back out the door or block the boxes, and they're aways woefully understaffed. They need a new bigger location, with more parking and better traffic flow, another self-service center, and to hire more staff. I'd settle for 3 to 4 people working the counter instead of 1 or 2.

These people have a serious "Case of the Mondays" every day of the week. Why can't USPS workers be helpful and polite?

I don't know what the negative reviews are about. The employees here were extremely helpful not only to me but also the people before me. Literally took the time to help everyone who was clueless get their life together. Very helpful, very kind, very patient. Great experience.

Save yourself time and drive to another post office long lines understaffed and you take a chance of your packages never making it to the destination. Packages go missing once you drop them off no tracking update. Post master needs to be notified and revamp this location with full investigation.

Pretty bad service have only one employee and there were 30 customers in a line. Better go to ups.

This place is a joke. Went in to inquire why I wasn’t receiving any mail after doing an address change on line in June & the clerk was useless! Told me “you have to go to the post office”. Isn’t this a post office? Yes, but we don’t have the change of address forms in stock. Never mind the fact that I ALREADY DID an address change! Completely ridiculous!

The worst USPS office I’ve ever been to, and that’s saying something. Standing in line right now, 5th person in line of about 12 people waiting. Have already been here 18 minutes and they’ve only gotten to 2 people. One person at the front that keeps disappearing to the back and just keeps walking around laughing with people in the back.
Absolute joke and just another example of federal dollars escaping any accountability.

I’d rather scoop the ocean out with a shot glass over dealing with the nasty, rude employees at this location.

If I could give negative starts I would. This is the WORST post office I have ever dealt with. You have to wait at least 35 minutes until you are helped. I received a package slip in the mail saying to pick my package up at this post office. I have been to this post office 8 times now and they have admittedly said they lost my package. I cannot start a claim until they change the status on the package but they refuse to change it because they want to check with the carrier first (they have said this every time I have been in to pick it up). I am now out $400 and can’t get my money back because they refuse to update the status of the lost package. HORRIBLE.

Peggy is very often the only postal employee working there. She is the kindest, most helpful person, always looking to improve guests experiences when they are waiting. For anyone complaining, put yourself in her shoes. I recommend Peggy receive commendation and rewards! USPS should be proud of her service!

I've had a lot of bad experiences previously with this location but I decided to give it a try and Dee was absolutely amazing!! She honestly needs a raise. Not only was she fast and speedy but she was so compassionate with each and every customer. She had over 15 people in her line and helped each and everyone within 10 mins. I really hope I get her again, Thank you so much Dee!!
