This is the worst postal office ever they lost my package and the item wasn’t cheap I have been trying to contact them they never answer the phone I have a claim open and it still hasn’t been resolved they are terrible here. Very poor customer service.

I left my house with the intent of using the kiosk to ship a package. When I arrived at the post office, the kiosk was down for repair, so I went to stand in line. As I was in line, one of the counter employees was giving what I thought was helpful information to customers in line, but her tone was very unpleasant. For example, she spotted someone in line with an overnight package and let them know that it was too late for next day delivery. Again, it was good information, but the delivery was like, "Hey! You with the overnight package. It's too late for that. You're going to have to do something else."What happened next should have been telling to me. When the lady in front of me got to be next in line, she turned and said to me, "If SHE becomes available first, you can go ahead of me. I will wait on a different employee to help me. I have been here before."Well sure enough, SHE became available first and I went up to the counter. SHE is Felicia. She proceeded to scold me for not having my labels filled out. She was correct. The labels were not filled out. I apologized and let her know that I had intended to use the kiosk, but it was down. She accurately informed me in her signature tone, "It's different over here. This is not kiosk." I wholeheartedly agreed.She told me to go fill out my labels and come back with the package. Then it hit me. Felicia has made such a name for herself that people (like the lady who was in front of me in line) will wait extra time just to avoid her. After one experience with Felicia, I became one of those people.I went back over to the kiosk area where Tanya, another USPS employee was wrapping up the repair. I decided to wait for the kiosk to come back on line. It took a few minutes, but during that time Tanya was nice enough to listen to me and even apologize for my experience at the counter. As part of her testing the kiosk to make sure it was running properly, she walked me through the kiosk process to ship my package. I had used the kiosk many times before, but it was nice of her to go out of her way to be so helpful.Felicia - 2 stars for knowing her job, but making customers decide never to stand across the counter from her again.Tanya - 5 stars for knowing her job and making this customer hope that every experience could be like the one she provided.

Majority of my package never arrive, even though the tracking says delivered in mailbox & when I scheduled a package pickup the mailman was too late the first I tried this service and on the second time I tried it he never came.

And now officially one star, and getting there was with MUCH leniency. This is by far the worst post office I have encountered over the last ten years here in Charlotte. Not only do they CONSISTENTLY deliver your mail to the wrong boxes or give them to other people... I literally had someone else's government issued documents delivered to my box and another time when I brought over the yellow slip for a package, they didn't even check to make sure this item was in my name.. let's just say it was an item from a VERY high priced luxury store and bc I'm an honest person, I promptly walked it back up to them and said, for the millionth time, this item is not mine... don't even get me started on the people who are lollygagging in the back while a line of people are pressing the buzzer at the door designated for package pick up. We can literally hear them laughing in the back while the front staff don't even acknowledge the line of us holding the buzzer down, waiting often times for 20 minutes or more! And then when there is NO ONE in the regular line, the front staff won't even assist you in the package pick up line. The fact that these employees are rate government pay, status and benefits is BEYOND me. Literally anyone off the street could finagle this role, and no not all USPS post offices are create equal, so my negative comments are directed at the bottom level quality of warm bodies merely posing as PO employees at this particular location. I've had people who will yell to the back upset telling them to do their jobs and it getting real heated in there over this. Soon I'm going to start adding pictures and videos of this nonsense here but the reviews and rating here speak for themselves.

I literally handed the postal worker a package with five fragile stickers on it. she scanned it and chucked it over her shoulder. Literally threw my parcel with 5 fragile stickers on it. I was shocked, and all I could say was good thing I put fragile stickers on it. She said nothing. Not even oops or sorry or have a good day.Trusting them with a package is like playing with fire.

What happened to this profession? I came in to just let them know my outgoing mail has not been getting picked up....the lady at the desk said "If it's a sub, there is not a chance of getting my mail picked up".....and she stated this very matter of fact and seemingly without any concern. In other words 'not my prob, not my job'.

Amazon order transfered to USPS for delivery. Amazon updated me that the package was delivered and we'll as the Tracking number provided as indicated that my packages has been delivered I went to my mail box It's empty.

Postal Service always steals my packages. They never deliver as intended as is the third package that has been marked as delivered that has not been received by the intended recipient.One time they delivered an empty package. The driver stole the contents and delivered the empty envelope. on this specific occasion it’s marked as delivered but I have not received a package and they delivered other mail that same day, so I’m not sure how that could’ve been a discrepancy.

We had the worst experience putting our mail on hold! When we went to pick up our mail, the clerk was nasty and rude, she asked why were we there weren’t we supposed to be on vacation? To pick up our mail! Also said she was not walking back to put our hold card back so apparently because she’s to lazy to put the card back, we just don’t get our mail! It’s a shame that people get in these jobs and act like you’re bothering them when you are only asking them to do a job they applied to work at. This Post Office is one of the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. Beware!!!!

I was suppose to have a package delivered to my residence 08/21/2023. The brilliant postal driver attempted to deliver the package to the leasing office at 7:58PM, which close at 6PM M-F. I realize the drivers aren't the sharpest pencils in the box, but what apartment leasing office is open at 8PM. Not only did I not receive my package, I didn't receive my mail, nor did my neighbors. To add insult to injury I have been trying to call them all day today to no avail.
