Very POOR customer service. I waited 30 minutes to pick up held mail and was never acknowledged, never assisted. There were three representatives helping other customers and proceeded to end their shift with no communication regarding my wait or what I may have needed. So awful and rude.

We have not seen a mail carrier for 2 days now! I have a Mother’s Day Card that I hoped would have been picked up on Tuesday! Today is Thursday and my card is still in the mailbox!
I live in postal code 28273, will a mail carrier come by eventually or should we start using another service?
